Ordered Pixel phone. They said it was shipped USPS, but it was shown as pending pickup. This went on for 3 weeks, with numerous calls assuring me it had been shipped. Finally I track order on their site and they say order has been canceled. No notification to me. This outfit is a scam!

This was a mixed bag experience for sure. On the plus side, the phone got here in great shape. It looks and operates like new and it's unlocked as they said. However, the business is in NY and i'm in NJ. If they had it right there as they claim, it would've gotten here within 2 days of ordering. It took 12 days! Maybe they're ordering from China. I don't know. Then the phone charger they sent does not fit this phone so i had to go buy another one. And to top it off... the manual in the box is also for a different phone.
