Customer service is excellent
Customer service is excellent, but their website is truly atrocious. Delivery is usually on time, and all in all I'm quite pleased with them.
But don't waste your time with their site, use the phone.

Placing an order was easier this time which was the main reason for moving to an alternative supplier. I was disappointed to discover my account (held for over 20 years) was no longer valid.
Delivery was as quoted and first class.

Excellent service, far more reliable than the previous nationwide, order online, company that I used on previous occasions, and unlike that other company, they did NOT hike their prices up during the period between me ordering and the delivery, also my oil arrived one whole week before the original delivery date.

We alway's try getting prices/deal's from a few other supplier's when we are looking for our heating oil, and cannot believe how poor some of the other company's are, and they just don't seem to try/care to achieve your business.
The Certas driver's are very friendly and professional, and alway's take the time to have a little chat.
Well done Certas, alot of your competitor's could learn alot from you.

Update, had a call from certas re this review.
A nice gent said he was going to sort things out and then transferred me to a woman who hadn't got a clue what was going on, very rudely asked why I was calling her !!!
