I made an order

I made an order, they said they didn’t have the color anymore ans offered another color. I was ok with it and they delivered 4 sizes smaller, when we have been emailing to confirm size, fees, etc.

Won’t be ordering from them again

Won’t be ordering from them again. They accepted my order and then canceled one of the items, which later became available again on the website. The refund also took another week. I don’t want to deal with this again.

Made in Italy" advertised – "Made in Tunisia" received + 3 weeks ignored

Ordered: Stone Island Logo Printed Crewneck T-Shirt (Order #82066585)
Paid: €152.28 | February 2026

THE ISSUE:
• Website clearly stated: "Made in Italy"
• Received item labelled: "Made in Tunisia"
• Country of origin materially affects value, quality perception, and authenticity for premium brands

THE RESPONSE:
• Filed complaint April 2 with photo evidence
• April 11: Seller approved full refund and promised prepaid FedEx label
• April 11–23: Multiple follow-ups received only generic "we're looking into it" replies
• No return label ever sent. No concrete solution offered. No accountability.

WHY THIS MATTERS:
This isn't buyer's remorse. This is a product that does not match its description — a fundamental breach of consumer trust. If a retailer cannot accurately describe where a product is made, what else is misrepresented?

ADVICE TO OTHER BUYERS:
• Screenshot product descriptions before ordering
• Be prepared for slow, non-committal support if issues arise
• Consider payment methods with strong buyer protection

I wanted to resolve this privately. After 21+ days of silence despite their approval of a refund, I'm sharing this to warn others.

I don’t recommend them

I don’t recommend them. Their customer service is very poor. I canceled my order, but they didn’t respond for 3 days, and then suddenly said the parcel had already been shipped. They seem to act as intermediaries with boutiques and do a bad job. In my opinion, it felt misleading — I would avoid using them.
