Delivery took too long

Terrible customer service wouldn’t recommend and will never use again.

The worse company that I’ve ever ordered from.
Customer service is nonexistent.
Impossible to get in contact with anyone and I do not recommend this site to anyone.
I was desperate to exchange or return the item that I bought and I waisted a full day trying to contact someone for information on how to return the item and there was no response.

I love shopping at Cettire all my items arrived in good condition and are good qualities too with reasonable prices. Their shipping is very fast received all items within 2 business days.

Poor Packaging and Late Dispatch.
I received the notification from DHL that the parcel was being dispatched that the paperwork was arranged, the pick-up from the sender took multiple days (week days not a weekend), this delayed the transit. Then when the package arrived that was a very costly Moncler jacket (far from cheap fast fashion) I was blown away at how carelessly and cheaply the garment was shoved into the box and packed. I have imagery of this that I am more than happy to provide. I have received garments from other such similar companies as "Cettire" for garments that are far more expensive and far cheaper than this Moncler Jacket. I was appalled that high-fashion garments could be handled, shoved and packaged so pathetically. I love the jacket, it fits perfectly, is made exquisitely but Cettire really should look into how these designer garments are shipped, packed and handeled.

I was sent the wrong size I ordered a large in the AMI Paris Tshirt and a medium arrived and it's too small

Ordered shoes which came really quick. They were too big, I boxed them back up and followed return instructions and sent back immediately. All I wanted was store credit to order the right size. It took a month from the time my shoes were received by the store for my refund to be issued back to me. I was still charged a $28 refund fee.

I returned the shoes and they were received a week ago by Cettire (I received their confirmation). However, I did not receive a refund for the purchase. The shoes I ordered were way too small: I could not put them on.
