Be cautious

Website and inventory was excellent. The shopping experience was great. When the item arrived, it was dirty. Like from a machine with black soot marks in multiple locations on the garnet. I really wanted this item and tried to spot clean the marks. The black spots came out but it is unprofessional to send dirty items even at half of retail price.

Damaged Item Received

Item arrived damaged and wanting to charge £20 for return. After contacting customer services and providing photos of the item advised it will be reviewed upon return to ascertain whether the £20 charge for return will be applied. Not great service from a damaged item being received to a charge for the pleasure of the receipt and return of this item. Taking up time and effort for what should be a straight forward process.
