Sending a wrong items and orders
Received an wrong item. Now I have to send it back and someday I would receive a refund. My ordered item is already not in stock. I've ordered a crankset but they send mу rear derailleur. It's looks pretty same lol?
No compensation, no exchange to similar item, only useless "sorry" and now I should spend my time to resolve this situation.
The other order was received completly wrong. And I should send it back too. My items is not in stock already ofcourse. And you kow how much is compesation for stolen time and lost end of season without items to ride? 10 pounds haha.
CRC — what's going on? You so big an you don't need clients anymore?? How is it possible — make so stupid mistakes and only says "sorry" after?
