Great quality
Great quality. Delivery was long (1 month from London to town at the south Russia), but only because of customs. CRC sent quickly enough. Packed well

No delivery, no help.
Despite multiple emails, there has been no reply or communication with regards to an order made on the 6th of June and not delivered. CRC use Hermes as a courier, who cannot find the order in their system.
I have used CRC for many years, when it works, it's great. But when it doesn't, there is no help.

Very good shop until you face customer service
I've changed my review after communication with customer service, worst service i've ever encountered.Plus every time when CRC ships my order using SkyNet, it's a lottery you can get your order in 7 days or wait 3-4 weeks, while "customer service" of Russian carrier Pony express ignoring you requests on continue saying bullsh*t in style "oh we terrible sorry, it's not we i'ts all customs". CRC! Please, change the carrier!

Very comfortable shoes even after long rides. A little bit wide for narrow foot, so shoe must be tightened well.
Bought size 44 for foot 28.6cm, fits perfectly (my Shimano shoes for example is 45 size).
