Very good alerting service

Very good alerting service. It's not cheap but they do pick up most chargebacks before they reach Stripe. It's not perfect and some incorrect alerts do occur, but I think that's largely due to their upstream partners, and they are very responsive at fixing these issues. Wish there was a bit more filtering of alerts, but it is what it is.

Awesome Team!

The whole team was really awesome! Sheena, Jaycell, Rowie, Kelly, Centi and Loewe (some of them I already know their names, sorry if I missed someone) :D The team is fast, patient and really friendly! :) I also handle a team of CS and I know how the team works especially how they show positive behaviors towards their clients/customers so KUDOS Team! -Mhike :)

Chargeblast is an amazing product

Chargeblast is an amazing product. It’s more than just the product but how the team really conducts business. They are transparent and are super responsive when you call things out. I’ve now become a friend of the team and there’s no doubt they’ll continue to lead this innovative segment.

Lives up to their promise

Honestly , I was skeptical Chargeblast could reduce chargebacks by 99% , but right now I'm sitting at a 0.05% chargeback rate, down from 1.3%! You guys are lifesavers!

The Best Alert Provider I Have Used

Working with Chargeblast has been such a simple, transparent and positive process. We've seen our dispute ratio drop to the lowest it has even been, all thanks to Chargeblast's platform. I would highly recommend working with Chargeblast to any founder / operator that needs to make sure their dispute ratio is protected.

Chargeblast is great

Chargeblast is great. I have used many similar services but chargeblast is the best value, has the most features, and has a solid reliable interface as opposed to the slow clunky ones im used to. They also have a great team who all seem to really know their stuff.

I've been using Chargeblast for 3…

I've been using Chargeblast for 3 months and it has changed the game for my business. The team got my chargeback rate to basically 0% and also showed me how to increase my payment authorization rate by 5%. Can't go wrong with these guys.

I don't recommend working with them

I don't recommend working with them. Alerts do not work, setting up an account takes more than a week, although it is written that everything will be set up in 1-2 days. Terrible support. They ask you to make a deposit of $1000 in order to work with them. Moreover, you must have a bank account in the USA to make a deposit. If you don't have a US bank account, you won't be able to work with them. High prices, terrible service, terrible support.

After starting with Chargeblast, my dispute rate has reduced to almost nothing, which has made a huge difference to my business. The setup process was seamless, and their support team answered my questions within minutes. Very professional and knowledgeable. Don’t hesitate to use Chargeblast if you want to lower your dispute rate. Great and easy to use app!

Qi Cao deserves a shoutout for his incredible support. The guy's gone above and beyond, making sure we're more than just another client at ChargeBlast. Faced with a problem in our Stripe account, he rolled up his sleeves and did everything possible to keep us in the game climbing towards $100k a month.

Saved my Stripe

The Chargeblast team (specifically Patrick, Qi, and Steven) pretty much saved our Stripe account. It's a complete no-brainer if you're b2c. These guys are the sharpest players in the space and I couldn't recommend them enough!
