Purchased through local supplier and fitted by local qualified installer. What a brilliant stove. Turned a large unused conservatory into a garden room by fitting a solid insulated roof and a Charnwoo... See more

I had an emergency situation with broken fire bricks in my stove and Charnwood had my replacement delivery to me in less than 24 hours. Very impressive, stress free experience. And an extremely happy customer.
You may note from an earlier Charnwood TRUSTPILOT review that my experience with Charnwood and their multi fuel stoves has all been very harmonious and for a very good reason.
The stoves are exceptionally well built, you have an immediate point of access throughout the UK and for information, spares and expert assistance.
Whilst you may take issue with the initial cost when comparing with the plethora of stoves available via the internet, for good reason Charnwood are the Rolls Royce of multi fuel stoves.
I speak from experience and that of a neighbour and Family member all now with Charnwood Multi fuel stoves that have now all experienced the same rewards that their stoves provide.
Originally I gave three stars due to an issue with the calibration of the fire, but the technical department sorted this problem straightaway, hence now 5 stars
A five star award for 5-star service. Charnwood organised the whole project from start to finish. Their staff are all courteous, helpful & knowledgeable. The installation process went without a hitch & was completed within the given timeframe. I’m absolutely delighted with my C4Duo log burner which is a very handsome addition to the room & it’s efficient & easy to use. I cannot recommend Charnwood highly enough. Thank you all.
Well built stove which throws out a lot of heat. There is a choice of cool touch handle colours. We chose black & it cost an additional £17. You do get the original handle delivered as well. This stove also comes with a 10 year guarantee if you register it online. The fire, the stockist & our HETAS engineer were all 1st class. Thank you Charnwood :)
Lovely stove, suits our needs perfectly. Very helpful via email when registering for the 10 year guarantee.
Totally different from an open fire. Lighting and using the air vent/control needs getting used to, but very efficient. Looks great and gives a lovely cosy heat.
Charnwood c4 with log store - great stove, easy to use and lovely and warm
Love this wood burner
Perfect size 3 detached house
Highly recommend
I've had a lovely Aire 5 log burner installed. The company that did the work (Maidenhead Stoves) were outstanding and clearly love their product too. They served you well!
Helpful knowledgeable professional and friendly company representative. Provided all required information and then some.
Charnwood looks good, heats the room really well, is great that the handle doesn’t get hot like some and easy to clean.
Bob Stockton, Charnwood's Senior Technical Advisor, gave me excellent pre-sales technical advice regarding the choice of stove. He was patient answering my questuions and gave very clear and helpful replies.
I am delighted with the stove I have chosen: an Island II in blue (a very subtle dark blue which is a little softer than black).
Thank you.
We love our new cosy stove Aire 3 with Firestore. It takes the big logs, albeit one at a time, and gives off a huge heat for its size. Only complaint is that no one told us to register the stove within 2 weeks of instalment and we fear this will affect our guarantee.

I wasn't even sure Charnwood would be able to answer my question about the log fire I had (as it had been purchased 20+ years ago and I wasn't even sure it was a Charnwood stove) - but they did, promptly and in full, with all necessary information for me to solve the problem I had
Visited and then purchased stove from Knights in Marshfield who were very helpful. Originally decided on the Arc 5 but after checking up on installation requirements settled on the Skye 5 with stand because it is slightly (6cm) less front to back and met the hearth depth limit. The printed brochure is confusing as although both stoves are rated nominally as 5 kw the Arc kw range is higher. I checked this with Charnwood customer service who reassured me that the Skye would be adequate which is what I have found. The stove is more reluctant to fire up than the stove we had before but once it gets going it is fine. It seems to deliver more heat at floor level and keeps feet very toasty. Very pleased with purchase and choice.
This is the second Charnwood Aire 5 Stove we have bought. It is an outstanding stove . It looks very modern ,has a large glass to view the fire and is very efficient. This is also the second time we have used The Woodburning Centre in Drimoleague Co. Cork. As we said previously this company is superb in every regard. The service and installation are second to none. Every effort was made by the company to accommodate what we wanted. We had a fireplace which we wanted assembled around the stove. The fitter (Lewys) did a very impressive job on this. He was intent on ensuring the fireplace and stove were installed as effectively and as attractively as possible. He did this with no fuss. We are once again delighted with this company and the Charnwood Aire 5. We highly recommend the Woodburning Centre in Drimoleague and the Charnwood Aire 5.
All the purchasing was made by our installer but I am very impressed by the stove's efficiency and design. Fits the space in the room perfectly and is unobtrusive. The stove is well made and sturdy and is great value for what it cost.

I spoke to the guys in the technical dept regarding a door problem .. we went through the issue and the guys took their time to go through the repair options .
They also organised sending out the repair parts which
arrived the following day which was brilliant and I managed to do the repair today .
So thanks to Bob and Mark for their time and guidance the stove will be working again this evening.
