The decorator was superb in terms of the care he took and we were very pleased with the quality of his work. The repair to the wall was also carried out carefully and with consideration resulting in a very meat job. Overall we were pleased with the repairs.

CPR was sent to look into the water leak and resolve the damage from water leak. Unfortunately they couldn't resolve both the issues

From start to finish they have kept me informed on all aspects of work to be carried out. Tradesmen we’re being deployed to my property we’re on time and polite their work rate was at speed and very professional, there were no short cuts and the workmanship was to a high standard… would I recommend them this company the answer is a big yes..

First class service. Kyle and david arrived on time, made a first-class job of the roof repair, and left everything clean and tidy. Great job!

Right from the start CPR kept in touch which was encouraging as the process of drying out etc took a long time. The actual reinstalling took longer than expected but the work was well done and looks good.
The only problem was when a workman was expected and I was not aware that he was coming .
All the workmen were friendly and did a good job. Thank you CPR .

Charter did a great job with repairs on my house after a leak (they were replacing floors, painting etc). Everyone was very friendly, they worked really hard and to a high standard. I’d definitely recommend their work and am very grateful.

Kevin was very polite & courteous throughout my contact with him - I cannot fault his work, the wall has never looked that good (let’s hope no one knocks it over again), he left the site spotless as it was when he arrived. It’s hard to find excellent hardworking bricklayers (tradesmen) but he proved they do exist

All the work was carried out over and above what could be expected, all the staff involved, workers and contacts by phone and "E" mail, were restecfull and every help was offered when needed.

The decorators were all so very expert in what they were doing. They made a fantastic job of improving my decor.

We had Grant as our repair man and couldn't ask for a more pleasant , conscientious worker - I don't know how he managed to do what he did in the time allotted to him. He cleaned up as he went along and made a brilliant job of the new fence he personally made and installed - Couldn't recommend him highly enough - Thank you Grant.

After a stressful few months after being away from my home due to a water leak , i was under the care of Sam at charter repair have to say 100/100 very patient with my emails and getting everything sorted for me , mark the multi trade person was fab got on so well and the plumber couldnt wish for better people to renovate my bathroom honestly recommend these guys 100%
