Ordered in March. E-transfer was accepted but no order confirmation. No response on their chat app and their email address is fake

I placed an order on March 22nd they said they were having banking problems encouraged me not to cancel my e-transfer look on the site and all of a sudden they've canceled my order oh that's not a big deal they say just continue to wait so I stupidly did when I finally went to my bank to cancel the e-transfer found out that it went through been trying to contact them for over a week and they keep saying we're gone although customer service is they're available 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. the disappointing part is I've been ordering from here for three four years and have no had no problems now their email changes every week they always have trouble with the banking and they've just ripped me off for $158 avoid it like the plague this site sucks

Have used the site many times in the past and never had this many problems. First no confirmation email giving days after placing the order. I had to reach out to the customer service to then be told that they were able to send me the invoice and payment information but not any tracking information. So after several back-and-forth and having to provide a secondary email, tracking information was finally sent. Upon looking at the tracking, I could see that they hadn’t to processed my purchase in the three days since I placed my order and there was no tracking information. Finally now on the fourth day, I can see that yes there’s tracking information telling me that my free express shipping for orders over $250 was going to take all of a week. Not so express also not the Service I’m used to. And in conclusion, not where I’m going to be ordering from in the future.

Always got Great Deals And good Product from Cheapbuds. I've been using them since 2021. There maybe an issue or 2 With Canada Post sometimes bud the Cheapbuds team will make sure you get your Products along with tracking numbers all these poor reviews are coming from Trolls.

Literally the same old story as read the other reviews. Like I've ordered from here 10-12 times . How I say this sometimes good ,ahh sometimes sht. The 3oz promos are floor trimmings don't waste your time or money... Cheap buds have clearly charged hands or got different management. Use to be cool man. But now you can't even ship a envelope 500km away in 2 weeks. Don't pay for express shipping it's a scam .Rip cheap buds ya up in smoke

Update, order from December 01 still not shipped December 17... Multiple emails dodging the obvious refund. GO TO YOUR LOCAL DISPENSARY. THIS SITE IS A SCAM

I placed an order on Wednesday, Sept 11 and was informed at 12:38 PM that my order had shipped, and was scheduled to arrive on Friday, Sept 13. On Sept 13, a full two days later, my order arrived at the Post Office at 10:58 AM. Now my order is scheduled to arrive on Tuesday, Sept 17. I don't understand why it took two days for my order to arrive at the Post office?

I made an order...they took the money and cancelled the order. Contacted customer service and gave all the info they needed for store credit......no answer back. First time ordering from them definitely the last. What kind of clowns are running this place? Go somewhere else. Hopefully I get my store credit sometime. Not counting on it. $167 down the drain?. Glad I didn't make a bigger order.

Customers services is... hiding from customers at first issue instead of thinking mmm its been 2 year that this guy buy from us... will i loose my name for a 20$ g of wax... anyway they suck avoid em at all cost.

I placed an order on November 21st, and as of today December 7th I still haven't received my order, even though I sent them my ID and had to re-order and lose out on the deal I had originally chose to order, it would have been a great deal,which was the only reason I was ordering. Now they are asking for another ID!? I don't understand why I am having such a bad experience when I had no problem the first time I had ordered, I think it's because of the promo or deal I would have got, I'm not sure but this is very bad business I do not recommend!

I have taken advantage of their 3oz. for $90 several times and was 100% satisfied with all aspects of the transaction from ordering to confirmation to receiving and enjoying. I have been imbibing of the green since 69 and unlike my younger days when I wanted to get absolutely chit faced, I now want to just take the edge off and AA does the trick quite well.

The product is always consistent as advertised. The packaging it comes in is really durable and protects the contents well. I have only had to talk to customer service within the last three years and the situation was handled promptly. Cheers

Have had the worst customer service expierience with them online. Canada post is waiting on pickup invoice yet they said its sent out (clearly lying). Went through 3 employees, Jack, Wayne and Joan and said I paid $20 for fast shipping and now i have to wait another 10 days on top of the 2-5 day shipping. They wont refund me and wont give me my product. This has happened quite a lot from these guys. Postal service or them are not reliable....

Fast delivery. Arrived before expected date. Bud was SUPREME and priced right. I got an OZ of XXX OG for less then a hundred and the buds were good size. The taste was smooth and the buzz was even better. This is by far the best deal I've purchased and I've bought lots of strains before, this has to be my favorite. Good job. Order from here once was happy for my 2nd time they told me they don't deliver that they don't have drivers in that It would take 3 days for it to come even Though I have ordered and received it at the same day and so have many of my friends yet they continue to tell me that They don'tAfter finding out it was gonna take 3 days I ask for a refund I was lied to and told I would get the refund in 1 to 2 hours now 16 hours later I had to pretty much harassed them to send me 35 bucks back super annoyed and irritated will never ever ever order from them again.
