Formal Notice – Urgent resolution needed for itinerary change
Hello,
I am following up again as I still have not received any response regarding my itinerary change. My trip date is now only one month away, and I need a clear confirmation of my flight as soon as possible.
All my reservations and activities at my destination are already booked and paid for. I need to know if I must start looking for alternative solutions with another flight or another airline. I do not want to face any last-minute surprises because your company did not respect its commitments.
I also find it unacceptable that it has been more than two weeks for a simple itinerary change or rebooking. This is, in my view, an abuse of my trust and a lack of respect. So far, all I receive are automated messages saying that you are waiting for confirmation from the airline, with no case file, no tracking number, and no concrete update at all.
If I do not receive a clear written answer within the next 48 hours, I will escalate the matter by filing a formal complaint with the Canadian Transportation Agency (OTC).

They doens't help the customer when they have an issue. They are very fast to sell, and slow to solve. Disapointed with the service received. However I will find the solution to my issue with the advice of an attorney.

They didn’t honor my baggage added had to pay 3 times as much. They also changed the reservation without my knowledge and called 2 times and genuine hung up the phone without addressing my concern.

Customer service excellence
I would like to commend your staff (Hobert and team) in their excellent customer service. My wife was unable to travel due to a medical condition and we had purchased a non-refundable and non-ceditable ticket. Your agent worked with us and the airline and successfully obtained a voucher for future travel. Honestly, I did not think we were able to recover anything from the airline but the persistence of Hobert in resolving the problem was above and beyond what I expected.
