I couldn't change my ticket date, because it kept giving me the error 'betaling mislukt'. I have called the contact service, and we've changed the date, and she sent me the link to pay, but then the same happens, betaling mislukt. Now I have canceled the booking and booked another ticket. It was really irritating. I have tried to change it for about a week.

it is already 6 days ago and still no tickets arrived

I booked a flight. The flight was a direct flight. They chnaged it to a flight with a stop. No compensation for the inconvenience by Arabia and by cheaptickets.

Never use any of these two companies

You also don’t offer any solution in your reaction which proves my point even more. If i pay for a direct flight i expect a direct flight! The amount of delay does not matter in this case! Arabia can not be reached and cheaptickets does not offer a solution. They only care about your money!

The service was very poor and lack of commitment at the flight time and the addition also changed the boarding gate in the last 40 minutes of the flight and a very old flight model, and also spoke in Turkish rather than English, making it more difficult to understand with the crew of pilots and the airport

I booked a flight to Hanoi in march but bevause of the war in the Middle East (Qatar Airways) Cheaptickets didn’t follow the European law by offering me a alternative flight but told me that they couldn’t offer me an alternative flight (which was more expensive than the original ticket) and offer my an refund. This way it was much cheaper for them. Because I was in a huren I afreed becauss Cheaptickets offertes my no alternative. A fee seconds later Cheaptickets removed the chat in which they Saïd that there were no alternative flights. Cheaptickets acted illegal. My daughter experienced exactly the same with Cheaptickets . I will never book again at Cheaptickets and I advies everyone to do the same

3 yrs ago I booked myself and fly with Qatar airways, I was really satisfied with the service of crews whom very helpful to the needs of passengers and spacious seats and good food, I travel by economy 2 times a year and tried all sorts of airways and for me Qatar is the best
