They don’t help at all. All they say is contact the airline itself. Calling the airline, saying need to call the 3 party which is you guys but still don’t get resolved. Still busy with the progress . I found it so frustrating that yo guy can’t even help out to move a ticket to another day.!!!

When a flight is missed or recorded as a 'no-show', airlines apply very strict rules regarding changes. This often leads to confusion about who is authorized to make the change. It is good to see that the ticket has now been successfully changed and that the flight is departing today.

CheapTickets are absolute scammers.
My parents booked tickets to Portugal through CheapTickets, and because of a SYSTEM ERROR on THEIR website, multiple charges were taken from the account and duplicate bookings were created: 2x outbound tickets for 2 people, 2x return tickets for 2 people, plus duplicate car rentals and insurance.
It is literally impossible for two people to sit twice on the same flights, so obviously this was caused by their broken system.
We contacted customer service immediately, and their own staff admitted this is a KNOWN ISSUE. But instead of fixing THEIR mistake, they told us to contact the airline and car rental company ourselves. Both companies told us CheapTickets should handle it because the bookings were made through them. Out of goodwill, they refunded the money back to CheapTickets already.
And yet CheapTickets is STILL holding our money.
We have been trying for WEEKS to get our refund back and all we get is useless responses, excuses, and zero actual help.
Honestly, this feels like straight-up fraud. A broken website causing duplicate bookings while customers are left fighting to recover their own money. Absolutely disgusting treatment.
Funny enough: when we posted a negative review, suddenly they were able to respond quickly. So they clearly care more about bad publicity than actually helping customers.
Worst customer service we have ever experienced. Avoid CheapTickets at all costs unless you want stress, duplicate charges, and your money held hostage for weeks.
Absolute scammers.
