I disliked having to download an app to track my package. I expect to be taken directly to the tracking page from the website I'm purchasing from.
The returns process was straightforward.

Prompt arrival of order. Nicely packaged. Navy dress was exactly what I wanted. “Plan B dress” was too big. Even if it had been the right size, the colour, length and style didn’t suit me so this dress, although beautiful, was returned.
