Pleasantly Surprised!

I got my order 12 days from the day I ordered it, but it only took 4 days for them to get to London which is amazing! The boots are beautiful, soft leather, comfortable, great fit. I usually wear 6.5 UK but following their chart I would be 7 or even 7.5. I decided to go with my usual size and they fit perfectly, so I'd say just go with your usual size. So so pleasantly surprised by the quality and shipping time. One negative I would have to say is the smell, they smell like glue and paint but I don't see that as a problem really. Overall very happy with them.

I ordered a pair of shoes that I was told were out of stock days later and the email address they used does not accept replies. I wish they would’ve told me sooner they were out of stock instead of falsely advertising that they had it. Also it would be nice to have the opportunity to talk to a representative to see if they will be back in stock soon. In my order their was also another pair of shoes that I have not received nor can I track either.

Difficult return process

The shoes I ordered were not true to size so I wanted to return them:

The returned items shall be received within 15 days of the date your return request approved. 50% restocking fee may occur if the returned package is received outside 15 days time frame. If your return is not received in 30 days of the date your return request approved, your return request will be canceled and your order is no longer valid for return. Please follow the instructions as below to return your item: STEP 1: Please mail the return items in its original package via a prepaid (customer pays return shipping), insured, traceable method to the following return address. STEP 2: After your return is on the way, please click following URL to fill out your return tracking number. If you can not click to open, please copy and paste following URL to your web browser. Without valid tracking number of your returned package, we will not be able to process your return.

Please allow a minimum of fourteen (14) days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within twenty (20) business days of when we receive your return and your return is qualified for refund. The refund will be credit back to your original method of payment. If you paid with credit card, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to show in your bank statement.
Before you order anything read how challenging this policy is!! They are basically saying it could be over a

Secondly, regarding the return processing time, as you have mentioned above, both return shipping time and the time it takes for the money to credit back to your original method of payment are included in the total count. The return shipping time is not in our control as it varies on shipping method chosen by the client to ship back their shoes. For the time it takes to credit the money back to your account, please understand it's the bank who takes extra time to credit the refund to your bank account.

We usually issue refund on the same day when the return package is received, processed and qualified for refund. If you made the payment with Paypal, you can receive the money as soon as we issue the refund. For credit card payment, it may take up to 10 business days for you to receive the money as your bank will take extra time to process the refund, which is not in our control and we shall not be blamed for it.

Wow I am impressed

Wow. I am really blown away. I have been following Chiko's for a while admiring their massive collection of unique stylish shoes but I hesitated purchasing from them due to them being in China and the unknown of the quality of the product in which I received. I finally bought a pair of stunning shoes and I literally received them in a week at my doorstep in Sweden. I mean wow... and then the quality of the shoes is so lovely. I am usually a size 6 but when I looked at their size chart I ordered a 6.5 and it was perfect. Dont hesitate to buy from these folks. Highly recommend.

i wish i could give ZERO stars

i wish i could give ZERO stars. horrible the shoescome from CHINA
takes weeks to come. SMELL is bad. and the size of the shoes are obviously made for women who had their feet wrapped as children.
so so narrow and small. also no way to get in touch with anyone from customer service. i emailed for a return request because the shoes are brutally tight. and after 1 week received a template email that said my request was denied because the items arent returnable! no where on the website does it say that and I never purchase items I am unable to return. this company is a thief. they charged my card and i have shoes i cant possibly wear and have paid for. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM>>> sharon brown

As mentioned in our shipping policy, large sizes (size 9 and above) items are shipped in about 2 business weeks since larger size shoes are usually made to order. During Covid-19 pandemic, the made-to-order shoes are shipped directly from our factories to make it possible for a speedy 4 days delivery by DHL Express. As many countries are under lockdown during Covid-19 epidemic, the shipments from warehouses in other countries are temporarily disabled.

We offer shoes in MEDIUM width only as published on our website. In the size and fitting section on our website, we specially advise the shoppers who need wide or extra wide shoes should not place order as they are not going to fit.

Your return request is denied because bulk orders of 3 pairs and more can not be returned, which is clearly stated in our return policy and published on our website for every shoppers to review before make a purchase. For the first time shopper, we suggest to start with one pair order only to see if the shoes fit well before ordering multiple items.

I recognize that it was generous to extend the deadline, but in doing so the return policies for the new timeline should apply to me. I spent the time provided in the extension well, as I was researching shipping methods and reaching out to various companies, who took a while to get back to me. The fact of the matter is that my deadline was extended and shipping to china stopped before that new timeline. It was a kind gesture to have extended it but since you did, any new extension policies due to Coronavirus should apply to me as well. I’m willing to drop this all together, but would like to give you all a word of advice. Good customer service is being polite and professional at all times. You never know who is reading a review and I’ve noticed accusatory words being used like “sit on” and from a previous review “liar”. This isn’t a good indicator of management or good customer service and it is important to take an approach of positivity no matter who is right or wrong.

Beautiful Shoes

I just received my shoes. I was waiting for five weeks from the date of placing the order but it was worth to wait. They are beautiful and very comfortable exactly like in the pictures. Definitely, I will order from CHIKO again.

I placed an order on February the 5th

I placed an order on February the 5th, since then I been trying to contact the customer service to try to get an update and is impossible, no one ever answer, I tried, Twitter, email, Facebook messenger, I am nervous specially after reading the reviews of people that have similar issues than me. My order number is 240411, as a minimum they should answer. I will have to call my back to start a fraud review.

Garbage

My two pairs of boots just arrived

My two pairs of boots just arrived. They looked exactly like the photos but the smell of glue as I opened the packaging was overwhelming. They are extremely cheaply made and look like they won’t last much wear. I am disappointed and will not be ordering anything from them in future. All the packaging details were in Chinese so I couldn’t work out any return address

Order number 226611, it’s unbelievable that after two weeks I still haven’t received my order! Has not even been dispatched!
Tried to contact customer service countless times and I’m appalled by the lack of respect.

Do not buy from this company!

It’s been almost A MONTH since I placed the order! Their reply is that my review stands no ground! I have my order email to prove the date of the confirmation, I have my emails sent to them and their replies. I have been lied twice that one item from my order is on its way and I will get a tracking number!

Emails DO NOT lie! I’m more than happy to send the screenshots to prove it!

The reviewer has lied about the fact. This order was conducted according to our shipping policy and shipped out in time. This order was received on Nov. 14, 2019 and shipped by DHL on Dec. 1, 2019 after 11 business days of order processing time, which is well within our published order leading time of 15 business days for the restocked items.

DHL package tracking number is usually available in 24 hours during business days after the package is dispatched. But this reviewer just couldn't wait, and has to email us almost every hour for the update, despite the fact that we have told her the package tracking number will be sent to her in 24 hours.

The reviewer posted this review on Nov. 26, 2019, while the order was received on Nov. 14, 2019. This review was edited on Dec. 1, 2019 with even more lies. The leading time of 8 business days is being described as "almost a month". It made us question about the purpose of this reviewer, who have lied and twisted about everything and obviously couldn't wait to post a misleading false review about us.

We have contacted the reviewer about the screenshots mentioned in her review but there is no rely. The review as such is not only misleading but also stands no ground. The false review as such shall be removed.
