My 2nd PC from ChillBlast, First one was £2000, 2nd PC was £2600. Love this company will always use them as I always for some reason find the need for a new PC Build somewhere down the road. Haha!

I bought my son a PC from chilllblast which cost nearly £2,500. He only used it 1 day before it stopped working. I rang straight away and collection was arranged. They had the PC for over a week before it was sent back supposedly fixed. My son received it back at 4pm and by 4.15pm it wouldn't turn on ! . Again I rang up,went through the procedure of sending various photos,was told it would have to be sent back for repair again,and that it would be top priority for it getting repaired. They have had the PC now for 2 weeks. After the 1st repair the cable was sent to us taped up with electrical tape ! For the price I paid ,I wouldn't expect it to have any faults at all never mind wires taped up. In the 4 weeks my son has had this PC he has only been able to use it for 1 day,yet I am still paying the finance for it. I Feel very let down by this company.

Avoid at all costs
I purchased a system from Chillblast in November 2025 and am still without a working system in April 2026 with them refusing a refund.
So far they have replaced a loud ticking HDD (slow clap) but have failed to resolve the persistent crashing to black screen with full fans requiring a hard reset and sometimes windows re-registration.
The system has been collected and taken for repair (they don't have onsite repair where I live despite selling it to me) and I was informed they replaced the riser cable and the GFX card. The problem still persists and they are refusing to refund so I can buy another PC (I was going to buy from them as I am a regular customer!). They insist they have not identified a fault (despite attempting repairs) and are denying that they replaced the GFX card despite confirming on email and in the returned package that they had.
5 months later they are still insisting on another long inspection off-site instead of a refund. I have initiated a chargeback and legal proceedings in the small claims courts.
It was a £4k+ pc and the third or fourth I have purchased from them at this level over the years.
Avoid at all costs the company seems to be under new ownership or something and the service is terrible as well as in violation of consumer law.

My experience 3.5 years on poor part quality control.
On the 22nd of October 2022, I purchased a full system from Chillblast for £1300. This included a monitor, PC, keyboard and mouse. The System arrived free from damage in shipping, and I was excited to start my journey into the land of owning a PC. However, almost every single day since I first powered the system on, it has crashed, giving various error codes, most of which have been attributed to memory. I did purchase a warranty, however havent been in a position to use it as it requires the system to be sent back, as I need the system almost every day. I just wouldn't expect an issue from such a well-known brand. In 2023, I purchased a second monitor from Chillblast and have had no issues. I haven't had any issues with my peripherals, just the pc randomly crashing with various memory errors. Just be weary of the parts they put inside your computer.

I contacted 3 different companies to build me a remote workstation, Chillblast were the only ones who took the time to understand my brief and they hit the nail on the head first time. On top of that, they built and delivered the computer much faster than I expected.
Contact throughout was spot on.
I won't hesitate to come back to Chillblast in the future.

This experience was brilliant from Chillblast technical support.
This experience was like a breath of fresh air!!
I contacted Oliver and he took his time to listen to my issue with the Chillblast PC and spoke clearly and demonstrated a very high level of skill and knowledge that made the support so much easier to understand!
He resolved the intial issue and was kind enough to look at a problem I had on "You Tude" with a dialog box and resolved this as well. I cannot talk more highly of him and the general team and how responsive they have been. These people are a plesure to deel with and I would strongly suggest if your looking for a new PC then this is the company to purchase it from!!
Decided it was time to upgrade my PC…
Decided it was time to upgrade my PC and after a lot of research and checking of component prices decided to go with Chillblast Forge Ryzen 7 9800X3D RTX 5080 Pre-built Gaming PC. Ordering was straight forward and delivery was very quick. The Pc was well packaged and looks as amazing as I hoped, I was surprised it was wider than any of my previous Pcs, so maybe check dimensions if you are short on space, luckily I wasn't. I have been using it now for just under 2 months and have had no issues at all.
Excellent product, Poor Customer Service
I recently bought a custom PC (£2,350) from this company. The ordering process, build quality, and delivery were all excellent, and the PC itself performs perfectly.
However, I was offered a free upgrade to a PCIe 5.0 SSD, which I later discovered provides no benefit because the selected motherboard only supports PCIe 4.0. The sales rep acknowledged the mistake and agreed to a £50 refund. Despite multiple follow-ups since delivery on 25th February, the refund has still not been processed and communication has been very limited.
It’s frustrating because everything else was handled really well, but the lack of follow-through on a simple issue has let the experience down. The company also promotes a 5-year warranty, which initially gave me confidence, but this experience does make me question how after-sales support would be handled if something more serious went wrong.
I hope this can be resolved soon.
PS: I am happy to say that the company reached out and resolved the issue, I appreciate their follow-up and now feel more confident in their customer service.

Honestly was upset when I ordered it as when it arrived it didn’t come with what was shown in the story section of the page as when I checked it said 32GB of ram and 1TB of storage and also said I had selected the 32GB of RAM version which it was probably partly my fault for not going to check the specs that were below the story which misled me completely ,which had I known I would’ve ordered the 5060TI one as that is only £200 more and you actually get the ram and storage that I thought I was going to get which they have now changed it to the specs I received in my pc for the story also had a driver issue which with it being my first PC I didn’t know so couldn’t use it for the first 2 days, I tried emailing about which I never got a reply to ended up finding out that it was a driver issue and fixed it shortly after

So far everything has gone very smoothly with my order. It was completed from ordering to delivery within a week, and it arrived well packaged and easy to set up with the included instructions. I haven't yet had reason to contact customer support, but the 5-year warranty gives me peace of mind that the help is there if I'm going to need it
