Prompt service and extremely well packed items.

Very pleased with my order.

Prompt response to my initial inquiry about the feasibility of shipping to California. Very speedy delivery. My teapot arrived in perfect condition -- these people know what they are doing.

Am rather confused - I have contacted this company a couple of times with regards to selling items and they have been very uninterested- yet each time on their website they have either SOLD OUT or Search for the very items I have offered!

Recently sold some china to china search.

From the start of the process to receciving the cheque the process was very well communicated and easy to follow.

I sold some china through this company and they were very good throughout. I told them what I had to sell, they offered me a price, and I then posted it to them (following their detailed packing guidance). I received confirmation that the box had been received, followed shortly after by a cheque in the post. An easy and great process.

The company were clear about the time it would take to deliver our China and it arrived, very well packaged, on time and as ordered. There was no fuss and the items are not seconds. Very pleased with our order.

Very curt, dismissive woman answering the phone. It was the first place I had tried to sell some Shelley Wild Flowers china. Ok for them not to be interested but not ok to speak to people so dismissively and imply they should know what they would accept without even having asked. Please bear in mind that you are very possibly dealing with recently bereaved people who are selling their loved one’s china - being so dismissive of something a loved one treasured, hurts. I know that from today’s experience.

I sent over a list of the 120 plus items that was looking to sell

I have 3 different size plates and 3 different size bowls x 12 of each item

Plus 6 Tea Cups and Saucers

and 2 lots of different size coffee cups x 6

I Got an offer for the all but 3 items of £700

Thats under £6 per item

This items are in excellent condition and have only been used on limited occasions

Avoid this company and use other online selling sites

I sent items to this company after accepting their quote. I followed their packing instructions, only varying to add additional bubble wrap.

However all but one item was broken on arrival. Obviously they do not instruct Parcelforce to ‘handle with care’ and the sturdy box (which I purchased for this) was thrown around without any care whatsoever.

Chinasearch should make customers aware that there is no care handling with the courier so it’s at your own risk. Customers can then decide for themselves. I would not have gone ahead with this - I would rather have kept the items and used them here. At least if I had broken something myself I wouldn’t feel so upset as I do now.

Please think twice before you go ahead. I will never use again.

I ordered four new brand mugs from Chinasearch. Since they needed to arrive before my mom's birthday, I called their customer service team to ask if the parcel would arrive on time before ordering. They helped me order the items on the phone and ensured they were dispatched as soon as possible. The items arrived two days later!

Checking the items, unfortunately, I found a mug was faulty. I contacted the customer service via e-mail. Mel called me in an hour or so and helped me sort out the problem straightaway! I explained the situation regarding my mom's birthday. She arranged for the new mug to arrive the next day and for the faulty one to be collected at the same time.

I am super happy with the items and the quality of their customer service. I would definitely recommend anyone use Chinasearch to find some lovely stuff for their home.

I have tried to complete a service (from a foreign brand) I had for the last 30 years. They had the pieces I was looking for. The delivery was fast. The parcel was well packed. All the pieces were delivered in excellent condition. Very efficient.

I have been building up my Noritake Selina dinner and tea service with the help of Chinasearch since 2009 - eight orders so far. The service has always been prompt and efficient, and the goods have always arrived (in England and Czechia as I have moved around) very securely packed. I have recommend Chinasearch to several friends, who have had similar experiences.

I don’t believe they buy anything from individual punters. I have done two house clearances in the last four years after the death of parents and have offered Chinasearch a massive variety of China - ranging in age and style from the 1920s through to the 1990s. Good makes, collectable names (including Denby, Portmeirion, Royal Albert, Poole, Royal Worcester, T&G Green). Studio pottery, retro 1950s, flowery. Some complete sets. They didn’t want any of it. Where does their stock come from I wonder?

Fantastic Company who called me when my parcel could not be delivered and offered to re-send at their expense! I did offer to pay. We need more conscientious Companies like this. That's what makes Britain great. I have used them for many years but this time it was a special gift.

The sale price of my plates was phenomenal, and they arrived promptly, packaged perfectly. Will definitely use again.

We were looking for a replacement set of round melamine coasters with a lip and found exactly what we wanted here. The whole buying process was excellent and delivery was on time. They had been wrapped securely and safely and obvious care had been taken to protect them during the delivery process.

Abrupt, unhelpful and kind of rude. They didn't even want to assist with figuring out with Denby I had, simply that they didn't want it (they don't even know what it is) and very dismissive.

Sold some Denby to them! Excellent friendly service from start to finish! Couldn’t ask for more!

I spent two long hours identifying some lovely Portmeirion China Ware in top class condition which they had listed as desirable on their website.
I then get a message saying that the items we identified are not wanted.
Please explain what it is you do want to buy for goodness sake! I suggest you make yourselves clearer as I am somewhat angered by the experience.
I understand no one can force you to buy but why invite people to offer something that you are inferring you do want to buy and is listed on your website as items of interest to you??
This is absurd behaviour from an outfit that wants to buy stock from the public.
I would advise the Public not waste time on this hideously run Company.
I suggest you do not bother with them.
