What a scam. Selling fakes.
What a scam! Paid over $20 plus over $40 in shipping for a cup that was absolutely counterfeit. It was such a poor imitation of the actual cup I was supposedly buying that it was even missing the stamp on the bottom and a line at the top was painted in the wrong place. It's not like the seller wouldn't be well aware that this was a fake. I can't believe this company would do this to people. Shameful!!!

The best e-commerce site I’ve ever used in 30+ years of buying on-line. Flawless in design and operation. If I was still a working IT Consultant, it would be my example to client management of what makes perfect web-site.
Professional quality photographs of every item that I looked at.
Very easy to find and select the Denby Monsoon Chrysanthemum items that I wanted (in stock).
Better availability and significantly cheaper than Denby’s own on-line shop.
Minimal effort to complete the delivery and payment details.
Proper VAT Invoice and a separate Payment details sheet (PDFs) attached to Order Acknowledgement e-mail.
Dispatch notification e-mail, when my order had actually been dispatched.
Arrived by post – each item very securely and professionally packed using a novel packaging system. Both items as advertised, new and perfect condition.
Oh that every on-line shop was like Chinasearch; now definitely my go-to source for crockery replacements/additions.

Great place to find missing items from hard to ind dinner services. Very effivient and quick even in times of Covid. And super-careful packing too! Highly recommended.

Outstanding service
Outstanding service! Over Christmas I carelessly broke a piece of china from a much-loved and complete set. My wife and I were upset but on searching the internet found Chinasearch. I found the item I needed and added a couple of other spares to my order.
The items arrived brilliantly packaged and came almost by return despite being ordered on Boxing Day. A star company. We'll worry about breaking things less in the future!
