DO NOT SHOP WITH CHINTI & PARKER! I ordered a winter hat on Nov 19th, 2025. The item was ‘delayed due to shipping error’, by mid December I still hadn’t received it so I asked them to cancel the order and refund me. It is now mid January 2026 and I haven’t received a refund. This company just stole my money?! I’m shocked that a retail company can behave like this.
Never received the item and Chinti and Parker failed to recognise the Consumer Rights Act asking me to chase Evri. These people are sharks
Item was delivered quickly, but I had to return it due to sizing issues. The refund was processed promptly, but Klarna’s update is completely wrong, asking me to pay for something that was already deducted after the return. Oh yes, you will be hit with awful charges for both delivery and return (!), which made the whole experience even worse.
Despite several attempts to contact Chinti & Parker customer service, I received no meaningful response or cooperation. My final email, which clearly outlined the issue, was sent on 16 December and still hasn’t been addressed. I also called, but the call went straight to voicemail.
I am really upset and disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer care. This was my first and will absolutely be my last order with this company. They have shown no regard for resolving the issue or retaining customers.
Awful company.

The cashmere pieces are beautiful, but the refund process has been far too slow. I ordered several sizes and returned most of them, and although the returned items were received on the 29th November, I still haven’t had any update on my refund. Great products, but the refund delays really need improvement!
Ordered a dress online which stated to order a size down which I duly did. The dress arrived and it was absolutely enormous and swamped me- more like a size 18/20.Returned straight away and paid £5 to do so. I contacted customer services to complain that I didn’t see why I should pay for a return of an item which was patently incorrectly sized. They said they would review the information on their website- so don’t order the Queen of Hearts dress unless you want to camp in it.
Pretty annoyed to have spent £9.75 - £4.75 postage and £5 to return item, for the privilege of trying on a jumper I didn’t like! I don’t mind paying postage one way but I know a business pays less than an individual, I should have gone to the Kings Road shop for free!
Their knitwear is terrible quality, avoid! I bought a wool & cashmere blend V neck jumper and trouser combo, and from the first wear they pilled and bobbled so badly, they are completely unwearable. I would wear the jumpers once and then find pills and little bobbles around the house for weeks afterwards. Total scam, buy your cashmere from Everlane instead - way better quality!
Very bad shopping experience. Ordered a white cardigan in May, arrived with black stains on it. It took custumor service several weeks to reply my questions about replacing it. Had to send it back eventually, but now, after two weeks they have received it in the warehouse, no confirmation, no refund, nothing. Really really disappointing, no Chinty&Parker for me ever again.
On the website it is offering 15% discount if you sign up with them. I bought two sweaters and at the payment option the 15% discount was not added!
I contacted them and was told they would add the discount but never did. Beware this discount is not available but they get your email sign up details. Very unfair.
Horrible quality 'cashmere' - feels so cheap, rough and itchy and way worse than my H&M cashmere at twice the price! Returned immediately and they charged a whopping £5 return fee. So shocked, I won't ever be shopping here again and almost my entire wardrobe is cashmere so they're missing out. Shameful.
Bought some “Woodstock” embellished Woollen track pants and not inexpensive at all. Bobbled badly on first wearing therefore immediately looked worn and scruffy. Washed very badly - item stretched unbelievably (considering is wool). Took this up with customer services - not interested- only offer to send a de-bobbling brush (though admitted bobbling is a recognised problem). I asked for the customer service representative to ask “higher up” for some kind of recourse and heard absolutely nothing back. Very poor quality product and even worse quality customer service. I do not recommend. Ps: Have just tried to edit this review to add/upload photos to clearly demonstrate poor quality of item and (luckily for Chinti & Parker! ) have not been able to do so.
🙂Good comms and the clothing was nicely wrapped in tissue paper and despatched in a brown envelope. 🙁Disappointed the dress is made in China. I do like it, and I’m going to keep it, but probably won’t buy from them again.
Please note there is a £5 fee to return items. Not postage, more like an admin fee. My problem with this is more that they don’t make it clear when you buy. It’s hidden in the small print, it’s a hidden charge and I don’t like companies with hidden fees. I think they should make it really clear because I might have chosen to buy the same jumper from John Lewis who don’t do this.
I ordered a Christmas jumper in the sale. It arrived quickly. It is of great quality and I can’t wait to wear it next Christmas.
I am pleaded with the overall quality of two of the garments. Beautiful design, classy.
One garment had a darker area across the knitt, and it looks l7ke a stain, so I am returning that.
The website site for returns is not ad easy to use as many other companies. I did eventually work it out.
I would definitely order from the company again.
