Beautifully appointed accommodation immaculately clean, lovely to come back to

The 10 day holiday at White House Braunton was booked for end of July. Overall the interior living accommodation was excellent. However there were particular features advertised that did not exist. Despite immediately contacting the property manager there was no response, Despite contacting the company firstly by visiting their office then detailing by email and finally by "signed for" written letter setting out the misleading advertised information , there has been no reply. For a company that asks for such information to be made known immediately and then asked me in a "stock" email to advise personally about the "experience" as the clients are so important I and my family were totally disappointed.

Great bungalow in great condition, well equipped, and the owners are caring and attentive when you need them to be. Highly recommend.

Orchard Cottage is a hidden gem . Clean and tidy and up to date. A stone’s throw away from everything Braunton has to offer. Highly recommend for a family of 4

The pretty cottage at Georgeham Whitehaven was clean, comfortable and perfect for our stay. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We had a very short journey to the delightful Putsborough beach each day. Thank you for a very enjoyable family holiday.

Good access to beach & shops etc, yet quiet. Good size rooms and amenities. Dedicated car park space in Woolacombe in a real bonus. We went in August so was busy. Our grandson loved the toys there.

The house is in an excellent location with just a ten minute walk to Croyde Bay and its beautiful sandy beaches and dunes. However Ridgeway is sadly in need of an interior revamp. The ground floor utility room with shower needs a good clean, especially above the shower where there are mould growths or dirt lines from the ceiling down. The only ventilation is the ceiling mounted extractor fan which is too small for purpose. The room smells very damp and we resorted to leaving the doors open to assist ventilation, which unfortunately led straight into the dining area. Hand and bath towels were provided and two of each had a mouldy smell about them and had to be washed before use.
The kitchen extractor fan filters needed cleaning as the unit was ineffectual and needed a good dusting over the canopy. The settee opposite the flat screen in the lounge has lost its springiness and was uncomfortable after a short time. All the opening windows need lubrication to work smoothly.
Lastly I found a hairline crack in the bathroom wash basin and reported it to the property manager on Wednesday the ninth August but she wasn't answering so I had to leave a message which was never replied to.
I feel the property is overly expensive for its current condition.

Stable Yard Barn is a beautiful and cosy cottage, very nicely located, the hosts could not have been more kind or helpful. An absolutely wonderful holiday experience!

We had the most wonderful relaxing time in this cosy lodge that adequately catered for 4 adults. Quiet, beautiful surroundings and a very comfortable bed. Lots of green space and an outdoor seating area made this a perfect getaway. We will be coming back.

A lovely, quaint, little cottage with everything provided to make it a perfect stay, with homely touches of real flowers and home made scones with clotted cream. Booking and communication was straight forward, making it easy to check in. The host lives next door and is on hand for anything you need. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely remote cottage, cottage was clean and had everything we needed.
If your looking for peace and tranquility this is the cottage for you.

The websites photos and description of Whitehaven was accurate and in reality even better. The cottage was clean with fresh bedding and towels and nice touches like the soap bars and the welcome pack. Clear friendly messages from the owners was a nice touch and they included a free Putsborough beach pass which we used daily and was worth £12/day.
New TV had every channel and streaming service you could wish for. The kitchen has every utensil you could need. The oven excellent. We also used the washing machine and tumble dryer and the outside hose so useful to wash down wetsuits and body boards. A truly excellent holiday property. Recommend.

Lovely little apartment on the hillside overlooking the beach. 5min walk to the shops and beach. Apartment very tidy and had all amenities.

One of the best places we have ever stayed! Spotlessly clean, beautiful furniture and perfect location. We will most certainly be back!
