I placed an order, 14 days have passed and I still haven't received anything, only emails where I should express my experience. I am not satisfied at all, I lost the customer thinking that I would get it faster than 14 days, I am totally disappointed

As the parcel was not able to get delivered it was returned back to sender.
We can see our returns team received the order back and has re-dispatched the order for you on a next day service and now scans delivered.
