Good product at a fair price

Good product at a fair price. I needed to return one of the two pairs of boots I bought. They sold me a shipping label for the return that was far more affordable that any I could buy myself. It makes the cost/risk of returns more doable.

SIMPLY AMAZING!

SIMPLY AMAZING!
I bought 2 helmets plus a duffle bag which have been on sale for a great price to be shipped to Australia. Within less than a week the parcel was delivered in perfect shape to the doorway thanks FEDEX. 70 US$ is a reasonable price for such a long distance and still has been a bargain for me. This has been my first purchase but definitely not my last purchase here. ;-)
Keep going like that ChromeBurner!!!

very good service, BUT.....

I bought a Scorpion ADX2 modular helmet 1st then 3 days later I bought a Cardo Pac Talk Slim duo pack.

Prices / delivery
Helmet £147 - with discount code - excellent price for a £249 helmet. It got stuck in customs in the Netherlands and arrived after 4 wks.

Cardo Pac Talk Slim Duo £274 - excellent price for a £349 pack. The set arrived within a week, way before the helmet.

So cost wise I would have given 5 stars and over all I was happy. BUT, there was an issue with the helmet.

Scorpion ADX2. Yes it arrived late, but I was and am not concerned about that. A bit disappointing, but an understandable risk when buying from abroad. But the helmet itself had an issue.
On removing the helmet from the box, I was impressed. I fitted the sun peak and pin lock, carefully opening the sealed packages they were in. I then tested the helmet on bike. And found a problem.

Air noise is excessive in the right ear. So much so, it would be have a impact on my hearing over long term. As I rode, I put my right hand on the seam of the modular chin/helmet join and by covering the seam the noise effectively stopped. The left ear is far far less and easily covered with ear plugs which is advised for any distance or regular riding. I contacted Chromeburner to request a return of the helmet.

This is the 1st paragraph of their response.
"All items can be returned within 30 days of arrival, as long as the item is completely unused. Please note that if an item is deemed used or broken upon arrival at our facility we have the right to reject your return."

As I had used the helmet on a test rise and opened the sealed packaging I am unable to return for refund or swap for another model helmet.

Their response does seem reasonable, but clearly I have no where to go with my helmet. I am contacting Scorpion for their help.

You just need to know the risk you face if there i an issue. Distance makes return very expensive and difficult. Testing your helmet ( or any item) on bike is very important and I don't know a solution to this potential issue...
