I ordered a helmet which arrived scratched and inner cheek pad fixings came unstuck after a week.
After being offered just 10% discount for this unsafe damaged helmet, I was convinced to send the helmet off through the warranty process for up to 8 weeks for repair/replacement. A couple of weeks went by without hearing anything, then I received a refund without any communication. A refund was no good to me I just wanted my helmet back and a refund was never supposed to be the resolution.
I had to re-order the helmet for more money than I originally paid (this was refunded by one helpful customer service agent).
I then paid the customs charges to receive my “new helmet”, waited in on the Saturday, opened the box and was greeted by the helmet I sent them back under warranty, complete with flies on visor from the 2 weeks of use before I sent it back. This is incredibly bad customer service and very unsafe. Anything could have happened to this helmet sent back for replacement under warranty and they were happy to send it out as a new helmet for more money than originally sold for! Obviously no quality checks are done on their stock before it’s sent out showing no regard for safety of the customer.
Avoid at all costs.

THIS IS JUST LAST 2 EMAILS 1 FROM THE COMPANY AND 1 FROM ME'
This has been going on for months now. i purchased a Shark helmet. a part on it broke and Chromeburner kindly offered to replace it at no cost (thr helmet is unwearable without this part)
However that was the end of it as far as they seem to be concerned. They are completely uninterested in following up with the supplier. They say they have but after months they say they have not received the part and dont appear to follow it up. They say they received the part months ago, but i never received it. They say they have contacted the supplier again! Are you still on pony express in your country. i am highly pissed off

I ordered a helmet on Saturday 10th. FedEx had it for delivery to me in the UK on Tuesday 13th. (They didn't deliver it, however, as they wanted over £60 in tax and duty even though it was a VAT free item). After intervention it was delivered on Wednesday. Great helmet. Great price. I ordered a helmet came in damaged. I had msged support and was offered to return the item and receive a new one with no damages. I requested for a larger instead of a medium as there’s no price difference. I was told after they refunded me the amount and to order a new one, the new one cost more and I questioned why would I pay more for their mistake. I didn’t request for a refund just a helmet that’s undamaged. Now they told me they won’t reply back. Where is the solution? This took a whole month and still no solution. Very disappointed

My first order of boots were too small so I ordered a size up....perfect.
Only problem, to return my original order it will cost me almost $300 CDN. Any suggestions. This is the cheapest means of shipping with a tracking number

I made an error while ordering and had to return my items, I was sent an email as soon as they had recieved my return saying my refund has been processed. Very happy with the efficiency of this company and would use them again.
Good prices, EXPENSIVE returns
Like the great priced and prompt delivery. BUT having to pay for returns is expensive and disappointing, especially when buying online without the opportunity to ensure you have the correct size for clothing items. Other online sites have FREE returns or the option to buy a low cost return label. The return for ChromeBurner cost 36 euro.
