Easy to use intuitive software. excellent customer service.

They add text to your invoice that you won't know is there till you preview. Then it takes 10 steps , then create new theme then you have to start invoice again. A paper toilet is more efficient ..

I cannot praise Clear Books enough. I had trials of other accounting software that left me pulling my hair out and the customer support was difficult to find and all on-line.
Any questions you have with Clear Books and they are at the end of the phone. They know their product inside out and are supportive, patient and encouraging, not only when you are setting up, but also at intervals afterwards to ensure you are happy and do not have any issues with using their product. Every company out there could learn something from how Clear Books do business!

Your support department, namely Mohamed and Tommy, is responsive and friendly. I have, in the past couple of months, had several questions, technical and policies, about Clear Books. The responses have been accurate, flexible and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the product and would recommend Clear Books for its simplicity and easy to use, user interface. Their development department also appear to be proactive in keeping up with the times by producing a very easy to use app for the smartphone.
I have signed up for at least another 2 years without hesitation.

I've been using Clearbooks for >5 years and they continue to give excellent customer service and improvements to the system. As a Sole Trader I think they're a little expensive now, given the number of competitors that have become available but can't really fault their service.

I've been a user of Clear Books for about 6 years now and find it easy to use, and easy for my clients to use.

It may not have some of the bells and whistles (or marketing budget) of some of its competitors, but it does what we need it to do extremely well. The company is only in the UK and focuses very well on its UK customers.

The customer service is great, and you can pick up the phone and talk to a real person, unlike most of the competing software providers. A couple of issues we've had recently relating to our banking provider took a while to fix (the bank's fault, not Clear Books), and the client service team stayed on top of the issue and let us know when it was resolved without us having to chase.

Would highly recommend.

We as a company have been using Clearbooks for approximately 8 years. As you will appreciate, after such a long time they have become an essential part of our business. They help us to keep our finances (sales/purchases/reports/time tracking/stock and so much more) right and these components are essential to any successful business.

If we ever thought we might be taking Clearbooks and their awesome service for granted, during the Covid-19 period, whilst many blue chip and other large organisations furloughed their staff and the consequence was that their customers received the worst possible service in living memory, Clearbooks maintained their 100% awesome service, seriously!

With other companies you were frustrated with waiting for approximately an hour to get through, often for your call to be terminated, with Clearbooks, they had their full on customer service at all times. I know this to be the case personally, because our bookkeeper became ill with the coronavirus, and we had to pick up the pieces to keep things moving forward. Having an understanding of Clearbooks but having never used payroll we were obviously unsure as to what to do, but never fear with Clearbooks. All the support you need is there.

We need some Customer Service Awards which include the positives, like Clearbooks, and also all the bloomers. Those companies who thought they could provide the worst possible service and get away with it need to be shamed.

Thank goodness for our NHS and all the keyworkers who have done such an excellent job through the most trying times. Thank goodness also for companies like Clearbooks, who we have a subscription with, and took their responsibilities seriously and regardless of the challenges provided and maintained their awesome level of service.

The payroll application was nice and easy to setup, excellent support staff with good working knowledge.

The team at Clear Books are so knowledgable and professional. It's like having a backup accountant on standby to help with those moments when I get stuck with my online bookkeeping.

ClearBooks is the best online accountancy software on the market. Its user friendly layout and Clear reporting make it easy to use for clients, yet it has advanced functionalities including the excellent dividend calculator tool. If other software does "beautiful accounting" then ClearBooks is sublime.

Having changed from a large accounting services provider, I have nothing but praise for this start up. I have experienced poor services at the hands of my last accountancy package provider, holding for hours on the phone, diverted from department to department to handle any small issues. I found Clear Books support to be quick, efficient, hands on, happy to serve and help in any way they can and most importantly respond fast. The team is smaller, offer a personalised service are happy to go above and beyond to serve their clients, I honestly couldn't ask for better service. If you are having problems with your current accountancy services provider, switch to Clearbooks, you will not be disappointed and will never look back!

If looking to purchase accounting software, I recommend Clear Books - it is a MUST HAVE! As a customer of 4 years and counting, i have never had any issues and the software is so easy to use. Any concerns i have had have been dealt with very quickly and efficiently (every time its been an issue of my creating). Fantastic programme and customer service. :)

An excellent program the support is really good have been using this now for years and every time I have experienced any problems they have gone to great lengths to help to resolve it. It is a program that can be tailored to most industries especially good for the construction industry with a comprehensive CIS module incorporated in it at no extra charge. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

We are a small booth with cheese-manufactur in Switzerland, shop in Austria and New York. In England we are at home on the borough market, have been using clearbooks since 2009 and for us it is by far the most popular holistic software (invoices, wages, accounting, etc.).
Please do expansion to Austria, America and Switzerland, so we can also switch to Clearbooks there.

Have used Clearbooks over a number of years; apart from it being easy to use the backup is superb! The guys at the end of the phone have always been incredibly helpful, always patient and always solved my issues.

User Friendly Accounting software with excellent and responsive customer service

I did recently approach them with a problem we were having viewing our customer names, and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue.

Further to a less than favourable review of ClearBooks that I recently posted on Trustpilot, I have to say that ClearBooks' customer services department acted very promptly to remedy the issues that I experienced. They were able to recover my data, allowing me to file a return to HMRC in the nick of time. So thank you for your help, it was much appreciated. I do feel that I was 'listened to' and consequently continue to use Clearbooks.

Clearbooks is a very user friendly software package. Almost every element of the software is intuitive to use and where it is not their Customer Service is the best I have come across. They come back to you very quickly with an answer and are always very helpful, friendly and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
