Disappointed that they offer a months trial, however, when you sign up for full subscription, instead of charging after the trial period, they start charging straight away. Anywhere else with a free trial, normally charges after so this was annoying. So just a warning that it isn't a free month trial. Very misleading.

I have been with Clear Books for over 6 years now and still very happy. Their response times are always super quick, they say within the hour but it's always been quicker than this. The quality of support is great and our problems are always sorted.

I am a Clear Books user and I asked for support from Clear Books to resolve a technical issue. The issue was resolved within one hour to my total satisfaction.

Clearbooks support are always extremely fast to respond either by email or telephone. Their customer service is always appreciated, and staff are polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

I have two companies registered with Clearbooks and receive full support on hand when I need it. Time is critical running a business so quick resolutions to problems are so important!

I spoke to Tommy Chung on 11th December regarding an issue on changing vat amounts, unfortunately he was unable to help he was very dismissive and would not explain so i understood. I asked to speak to a manager and he said i would get a call back with regards to this, we are now on 21st December and i have not received the call back as promised.
Very unhelpful and unknowledgeable..

After speaking to John Fouracre, i have amended my score. John was extremely helpful and very customer focused and i am very happy with the outcome.

When I asked for a demonstration, I had Callie a bookkeeper by profession, not a salesperson. How refreshing. She help me to find out, just how Clear Books could fulfil my needs not how I could send them money. No attempt to sell me or to sign me up.

Having used Clearbooks for a number of years, I find that the support given online is second to none. Any question I have had is always replied to promptly and the steps I need to take to present the data in the format I'm after are communicated in a clear and precise way. The agents I've dealt with - Mohamed and Tommy - have been very efficient and courteous. I'd recommend Clearbooks to new users.

Quick, clear and concise response to my query regarding an audit trail for journals

Due to the nature of my work, I often have the need to contact support. They are always friendly and trying to help resolve issues. Solution time varies from straight away to a bit longer, depending on the complexity of the issue.
There is a great continuity with the staff, so I'm very pleased not to have the issue of a new trainee with less knowledge than you dealing with your problem and then they go off for someone to tell them what to do next.

Whenever I have encountered an issue with sorting out my accounts with ClearBooks, the helpdesk personnel respond extremely quickly. They are tremendously helpful and patient. I needed to purchase ClearBooks when MTD came into being. I'd always processed my accounts manually. ClearBooks have made it very easy for me to use online software after 13 years of pen and paper. I would recommend them without a doubt.

I was unsure of voiding an invoice and if I did what would happen! I sent an email to Clearbooks support and within an hour had a response with clear direction. I can use the system with confidence knowing that if I require support its never far away.

In our time using Clear Books we have only required assistance a couple of times as the software is so user friendly. In these cases however our emails were answered promptly and the advisors couldn't have been more helpful. Even after the cases were resolved they still checked in to make sure everything was ok. Highly recommend.

I have found clearbooks to be an invaluable tool for my businesses. It is nice and easy to use, has lots of useful features and best of all, the support is wonderfully efficient which is extremely important when you have tight deadlines and narrow working windows.
