We are very happy with Clearbooks - it was the only affordable package we could find that coped with CIS, VAT and Project Accounts. It's easy to use but they have excellent guidance info and a great Help Team.

The help and support are five-star. The Clear Books team are unfailingly prompt, friendly, accessible and knowledgable. The system itself is four-and-a-half stars - but I think all systems are. I have worked extensively with one other system, and tried another. They all have pros and cons, including Clear Books. The key is support and this team merits five stars.

Full-featured accounts software

Does everything you are likely to need to run an SMB. The support is very good and fast if you have an issue.

I decided to try Clearbooks as I get a discount with my business bank account and the reviews here seemed very good. I have a pretty good knowledge of accounting after working in finance for over 10 years and I found myself not being able to do even the simplest tasks. The system is not at all intuitive and I gave up and went with the market leader. After 1 hour there I had produced full financial statements just using my bank account data! I think CB has some work to do unfortunately

I have been using Clearbooks since I setup my company in July 2016, c5yrs ago. I have been very impressed by their support team and continuous improvement of their software, and would recommend them.

Having trailed various online accountancy packages I settled on Clear Books as I found it very easy to use and their support service was the best by far. The support side of things was very important to me when I started my practice as I knew I'd need a lot of hands on experience merging my clients from various other accountancy packages onto Clear Books.
All the guys at CB are great, but I'd like to give a special mention to Mohammed on the support team... He never ceases to amaze me! I've fired all sorts of queries at him and he always comes up with the goods! Keep up the good work guys!

I have used Clear Books software for over six years. Their dashboard is clear and orderly and their help guides easy to understand and up-to-date. For me, their customer service and support is without fault - they are very knowledgeable and have ‘walk’ me through questions or problems that I’ve encounter and are quick to respond.

Excellent support, as a busy bookkeeper you want your clients to be happy with their accounts and the look of their invoices. If they ask for something a little different, I have found Clear Books very help to acheive what the end user wants. Well done

I have signed up for a free trial with Clear Books and was very pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to do your own bookkeeping.
