Hidden recurring charges

My son who is under 18 fell for the £8 per month recurring payment . He was getting his dbs for football coaching . He don't need to use clear check he could have gone direct to DBS . I should have supervised him . He is very upset and feels stupid for falling for the hidden £8 per month and is out of pocket . In total he will have paid 8x£8 he didn't realise or was too embarrassed to tell me about before I helped him create account and cancel . It's a lot to lose for a 17 year old

No one guide properly what to do even the number for support is not working.

Hii I apply my DBs through this no one guide me properly I was totally confused because all the process start after payment I spent almost £100+ who earn know the value of £100 .when I did not understand the process not getting help from the team proper guidance I choose to step back and request for refund . You guys can't believe they just issue £25 refund totally unexpected.

Fine experience and impressively quick turnaround. Less impressed by the online journey which led me to inadvertently signing up to a subscription service, bt that was rapidly resolved by Charmaine in Customer Service

Scam

I paid £86.50 for Disclosure in January. They sent me email if I receive document by post in 7-14 days.
Up today -March I did not receive enything.
They also charge me unexpected direct debit payment of £8 per month (February and March) for what?
I will seek legal advice for a complete refund.

I applied for a rbs check costing 65…

I applied for a rbs check costing 65 pound four years ago that was fine but then when I signed up for online banking they have been taking 8 pound a month for 4 years I didn’t sign up for anything else and didn’t say they could do that. I’ve tried to get in touch with them to sort it out to no avail

The worst service they ask for extra…

The worst service they ask for extra money for a fast service and they give you the postal service instead and they keep charging you extra money from your avoid at a specific time like 4:00 am like thieves guys try another company I will write the reviews till every one keeps safe from them

Scammers

Scammers
Paid £101.50 for a Basic as I work in the airline industry
They also have a hidden direct debit payment of £8 per month for what?
You can’t contact them so I contacted my bank cancelled and blocked anymore payments to these thieves.
I am also seeking legal advice for a complete refund.

Fast and helpful

Find another company to get a dbs from as this company will just take your money an you will NEVER receive your certificate!!!!!

What a scam this company is!

What a scam this company is!
I started the check process, which didn't say the price. When I realised how much money they had already taken out of my bank, within one hour, I contacted them and requested them to stop the process. They replied to say that they had stopped and that they would be contacting me.
They have never contacted me despite my many emails to them requesting a refund.
They are obviously hoping I would get fed up of contacting them and give up.
If they were a legitimate, honest company they wouldn't hide the cost.
