Issue with cracked pane in one unit.
Sorted out promptly & in a professional way in keeping us updated when replacement would take place.

We noticed a blown windowpane when cleaning our conservatory.
As we have a 20 year guarantee for the building I called Clearview. They were polite and efficient and established the pane required from their plans of the building.
An appointment was agreed and the work carried out in a timeous and efficient manner.
The conservatory looks great again!

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Can’t recommend Clearview enough, everything was on time and to the schedule they set out from the beginning. All the workmen were brilliant, very friendly and did an amazing job. I’d like to give our project manager Steve Moulton a special mention as he was on the ball at every stage of the build and his communication throughout was outstanding! We are absolutely over the moon with our extension and would recommend anyone to use Clearview. Thank you

We came back to Clearview after our experience with the company 10 years ago. We were really happy about the whole experience and absolutely love our new roof on our orangerie.

Wouldn't want our worst enemies to experience what we've been through with our orangery over the last 4 years!! The first orangery they tried to build was demolished as they hadn't followed building regs and they tried to con us. The second one was "built" by hopeless bricklayers who didn't use spirit levels or know how to lay bricks correctly.
The whole process was a nightmare with Clearview showing no quality control, no site inspections or leadership, no interest in our worries.
They damaged our existing drains and our driveway and refused to pay any compensation.
Rendering is the only option left for us to hide their appalling workmanship.
We finally got a letter of apology (4 years after ordering) from a Clearview director who acknowledged their shortcomings and poor quality of works...they accepted that they didn't meet our expectations in many ways.
Our life has been so and on hold for 4 years, and we're still very angry with this awful outcome.
Do not use this dreadful company!!!

Clearview was quick to respond coming round the same day to make sure my window was safe

I really can’t praise Clearview highly enough.
Their team arrived punctually, were polite, made minimum mess and cleaned up before leaving.
The work was done to a very standard and looks lovely.
Unfortunately this visit had to cancelled and rebooked several times due to unexpected surgery and subsequent absences from home but they were always understanding and did their best to work round the situation.
Overall a very good company to work with.

From the first phone call, the gentleman we spoke to was very friendly, asked what the problem was and then asked us to send some photos. We immediately received a reply telling us it was covered under the guarantee. He gave us a date but In fact they came a week earlier. The fitter was very friendly and did a really good job. All in all, a very good experience.

They had great designs and helped me to choose exactly what I wanted. In the planning, they identified some additional structural work needed, which wasn't ideal because of the additional cost, but I appreciate their professionalism and principles of only building to lasting high quality.
The actual installation was efficient and very well done and I am very satisfied with the end result, which I know I'll enjoy for many years to come.
In my research beforehand, they seemed to be one of not many companies that could build conservatories and conservatory conversions. Their showroom is a good place to see what they're capable of. And they certainly delivered a high quality build for me.

I had new windows and doors fitted. This was done as quickly and safely as possible, with minimal mess. They also cleared their mess when they had finished and nothing was too much trouble.

After six years, we experienced a small leak in the roof of our Clearview conservatory. The end panels had bowed outwards to create a small gap between the sloping roof and the end panels, allowing rain water to dribble down the inside of the end panel.
Expecting warm words and not much action after all this time, we were very pleasantly surprised by a quick and effective response from Clearview. Fitters were sent very quickly to sort out the leak by pushing the end panels back into place. That solved the problem in the short term.
Clearview then went the extra to ensure the leak didn't recur in the future by designing a beam to reinforce the top of the end panel. After a few weeks, the beam was ready to fit. Their team took a lot of care over the fitting of the internal reinforcing beam, which is now hardly noticeable. I'm confident it will prevent any future bowing of the two panels that lead to water leaking inside.
Whilst on site, the team went the extra and eased one of the sliding doors which was very stiff.
An excellent response from Clearview. We can't recommend them enough, not just for the initial project but also for their continued high quality support when things don't quite work out as intended.

The professional after sales service and product guarantee offered by Clearview is second to none. It is very reassuring to know that if an issue arises they are quick to attend and will resolve without delay. The fitters are always punctual, polite and do a first rate job.

The new conservatory and roof were installed and finished within a week. The Project Manager, Steve, planned and organised the various trades and it worked like clockwork. All the staff were friendly, respectful and highly skilled at their jobs. The quality of both the work and the materials was of an extremely high standard. I would fully recommend Clearview.

The whole project regarding a patio door installation has been a terrible and frustrating experience. Both my wife and I took time off for the original appointment which they didn’t turn up for. At this point, no apology from the project manager (Amy), basically just shoving a new date in our faces so that she can avoid apologising. Following an agreed new installation date and despite her return from annual leave, and to this very day, still no apology.
The installation proceeded, but our subsequent inspection revealed a deeply disappointing level of quality. The newly installed door featured noticeable scuff marks, and the glass was marred with scratches, and we discovered only a single trickle vent on the exterior, with no corresponding internal vent and a defective metal slider.
We contacted the salesman Graeme for direction and explained that Amy had not offered any apology whatsoever, and we were thoroughly unhappy with the entire handling of the matter. He advised us to email him our concerns, and he would forward it directly to Amy's boss. He also revealed that she had, in fact, caused problems with other customers on previous occasions, and quoted "she is dismissive and blunt" when dealing with customers. This came as no surprise to us.
After that Amy visited to inspect the installation and we then sent Graeme an email, candidly sharing our thoughts, which included some critical, and intended to be confidential, comments about Amy. To our utter dismay, he directly forwarded our entire email to her, exposing unedited thoughts, leaving us bewildered, and it seemed from this point he wanted disengage himself, indicating he wanted no further part of this.
Our persistent attempts to secure a satisfactory resolution have been met with a huge lack of responsiveness; after calling up Clearview for details of Amy's manager, John, we've received no word from him, even after returning from his annual leave.
Then the door started to drop, two weeks after installation, directly contradicting Graeme's assurance that a properly fitted door should never do so (we guess it wasn’t properly installed from the start?).
It seems to us that no one is interested in addressing our concerns, and we have to book yet more time off to finally have the left panel replaced with a proper working trickle vent. Unfortunately, even after the work, we are not happy with the outcome.
Basically, they couldn’t fabricate such a side panel we wanted (resulting in not 100% like for like), which then begs the question, why didn’t Graeme or the surveyor state this at the time before manufacture? If so, we would have went with sliding doors instead or double doors, which would have profited Clearview more.
We then again asked to talk to Amy’s manager, John, so that this issue can be resolved. But over a week there was no response from her and so made a formal complaint. Even that took 2 weeks more, because the complaint wasn’t even on the system (convenient?) when we called, and that was then emailed to the wrong address (more excuses?). Seems like the whole company is falling apart.
In the end customer service had to deal with this poor experience. We wanted some compensation for this, and even that was disappointing. They wouldn’t uphold our complaint and offered £50 M&S voucher for our troubles with a meagre discount off the remaining amount owed. They won’t care how much of your time they waste and in the T&Cs says they won’t compensate you for it.
Is not apologising to the customer also in the T&Cs?
If this was resolved professionally and in a timely manner from the beginning, we would have given them the door project and possibly replacing our windows. But with no apology and not being sorry (only sorry for how we felt) etc, there was no way that would choose them to do our front door (quoted £2500 for) and windows (£6000). In addition, standing to lose potentially thousands of pounds of business from our positive recommendations to friends and family.
So well done Clearview, your team (mainly installation) has just cost you thousands of pounds of business.
Finally, we have to thank them for one thing though. We have now chosen one of their main competitors for our front door and windows, which resulted in a saving of £2500.
We know Clearview wanted a positive review, but the company have immensely disappointed us and so we would never recommend you to anyone.
TLDR: Don’t be fooled by their showroom and if you don’t want to be disappointed, avoid.

Had an orangery, windows and doors fitted 8 and 10 years respectively and the workmanship and after sales are second to none. A glass segment in the orangery roof cracked a month ago and was replaced with no fuss underwarrantly. Cannot fault this company.
