Completely fantastic from our first visit with Mark to the whole building team and everyone behind the scenes in the office!! Went on holiday to Majorca and by the time we returned we had a whole new beautiful extension right across the back of our house!! Best thing we ever did and would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely have more work done with Clearview in the future!!

We have had a number of projects undertaken by Clearview Home Improvements over the last few years, including the replacement of all our doors, windows, fascia boards, soffits and an upgrade of our existing Conservatory. The latest job they did for us was in September 2025.
They are an excellent company to deal with and their aftercare team are amazing, nothing is too much trouble for them. We would definitely recommend Clearview Home Improvements for any projects you’re thinking of undertaking.

The service from Clearview was/is excellent. The phone calls are answered quickly. An appointment time was arranged at our convenience. A further courtesy call was placed ahead of the visit. A man came around at the agreed appointment time. He brought the replacement piece with him, it was fitted within minutes. Granted it wasn't a difficult fix, but it was done professionally, cleanly and promptly.

Excellent service and product. Sales staff were helpful and informative. The surveyor was extremely thorough taking care to consider all elements of the new fit. The fitters were both polite and considerate. Communication was clear and precise.
We had new front and back doors fitted alongside ground level soffits and fascias. The entire job was completed on schedule.
We would recommend Clearview undeservedly.

One of the windows in our conservatory had failed, so we contacted Clearview and they arranged for a replacement with no hassle. They explained the process and timescales and the replacement was ordered and fitted within 10 days. Excellent Service.

Contacted Tim who resolved our problem expediently with his usual approach of expertise and Customer Service which confirmed our choice of supplier. Highly recommend Clearview for quality of product and 5 star aftersales service levels.

I had an extension built with Clearview 3 years ago, this year I had an issue with the patio doors not opening/closing correctly, due to the weather being so hot, I contacted Clearview, who sent somebody to fix the issue, and in the process spotted something I hadn't noticed myself and fixed that too, now my doors open perfectly.

Had an issue with my door. The aftercare person turned up on time and sorted out promptly with minimum mess. The work done was to a good standard.

My Sister in Australia was so worried we'd be scammed 'Rogue Builder's'. The opposite, she needn't have worried. We was welcomed by Mark at their Office in Preston. What a lovely Man he is. The care he took and the way he was with us we couldn't be treated any better. Every little detail covered. He would steer me gently, he made a plan, it wasn't set in stone he said, "We can tweak it he said", he steered the Ship and I was in Awe. I pestered him asking for this, that, what if, etc, etc. Money was to paid in Stages before the Materials came or work commenced. It worked like a dream. The Materials were always here on time, the Men were all lovely and the Workmanship is outstanding. We had 'Special' needs being Disabled and it wasn't straight forward so the Patience these wonderful Men needed was exceptional. I could have adopted them all. Here early, staying late. John the 'Brickie' is such a lovely, caring, conscientious worker and I say confidently 'The Best' in the business. I chose the style of the Bricks, Colour etc, we needed a Ramp so Mark took this on Board and guaranteed a Builder who would take care of us and 'Boy' John who he recommended was amazing, what this Man and his 2nd in Command Dan did after and during the build it was Clockwork. As soon as 1 job was done another was sorted and another Man or Men stepped in to do their bit, each to their own Expertise. It was utterly mind blowing, the organisation, truly magnificent. Started in November. Finished in March. The size is the full length of the House. Every little detail given time and consideration. The Men were lovely, so polite, so kind, such workers. The sizes of each Window, planned so carefully, the Electrician planned so wonderfully, the Plumber to do the heating, same, the Plasterer's Father & Son like John (the Brickie) the best, the finish is like glass, we have never seen anything like it. The Roofer, the Floor Tiler, amazing. Dan we loved him, he was like a Son to me I didn't want him to go, he brought his Puppy.
This is long but it needs to be. Anyone who wants the very Best, go to Clearview. Exceptional is what they are and I have no qualms in telling everyone. Worth every penny. My Neighbours are amazed, Friends and Family too. Don't forget the Office Staff, anyone employed by this Company are exceptional. Thank you Clearview you are the 'Best' ❤️

Clearview have always come as soon as I let them know there is a problem. Snags are seen to quickly and the warranty team are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble.

From contacting the team and having my issue solved it was great from the start to finish very helpful guys who came was great and solved my problem

Be very careful with this company. Following 2 promised fitting dates, both of which have been cancelled, I am still waiting for my windows that I paid for 3 months ago. The company have told me that they have absolutely no control over the fitters as they are sub contracted!
