Professional from start to finish. Would use them again.

From the moment we visited the showroom and signed up and through to the completion it was excellent. The 2 installers that arrived to install the roof were again excellent in their field. The plasterer did an absolutely amazing job. We cannot believe the heat that is now retained in the room

I had my beautiful orangery from Clearview coming up to 5 years ago and recently noticed a blown glass unit in one of the windows that meant I could see some condensation inside of the double glazed unit.
I raised this initially by phone and I received a phone call back the very next day. The process was really simple - I explained the position of the blown unit, sent a couple of photos via email and Tim Barnacle, the Aftercare Administrator, took care of the rest.
A mutually agreeable appointment was made for an engineer to come out and replace the unit and the best thing was, as I was still under warranty, everything was all free of charge!
Now my 5 year old Orangery is 100% perfect again and I am one super satisfied customer.
I cannot recommend Clearview enough, you will not be disappointed with their products, installation and commitment to customer aftercare.

The engineer quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, then talked me through the issue, what was causing it, and even showed me how, should it unlikely reoccur, I could easily resolve myself if I chose to do so (otherwise just call Clearview again) Brilliant,

Great experience. One of the glasses in the window in my Orangery broke. I rang Clearview who offered a no quibble replacement and set a date for the repairman to come. He arrived as planned did the job with no problems

quality fitters made a good job of fitting new roof.all components of the roof are of a high standard.self cleaning,after a downpour is a little imaginative,but very happy with the job.

We were happy with the final product and installation but the journey to achieve that was less straightforward than we would liked.
Very patchy communication from "project manager" who misnamed me in every email she did actually send. There were multiple setbacks which could've been avoided... Incorrect scaffolding erected, windows mismeasured etc. We only ordered two bay windows, the first one was fitted on the agreed but it wasn't a great job. The second window was fitted nearly 2 months later and they had to fix the issues with the first installation.
They threatened us with legal action to pay the final bill immediately despite the fact they'd left scaffolding up on our property which was restricting access. Overall final product fine, communication and management has been poor.

Honestly an absolutely appalling company - my one room extension was started almost a year ago and it's still not finished!! The project manager assigned to my job, Paul, ignores emails constantly. I have had so many issues with this company I can't even list them all!!
To name a few, they knew my room was going to be used as a wet room but they built a flat floor with the drain right next to the wall so when it came to me getting the shower floor fitted I had to pay someone else to build up the floor so the water drained. The drain was covered partially by the plasterboard so again I had to pay to get this fixed. I was told the only drain I could have in the room was an outside plastic drain, completely untrue but again cost me more to get a proper indoor drain fitted. The first attempt by their cleaners was appalling it was as if nothing had been done or they had done it blindfolded or drunk!
They threw away a brand new role of material that I had bought costing £114 and instead of refunding me told me they would take it off the £500 balance that I will need to pay if they ever finish the job! It was their mistake so why should I be out of pocket by replacing something they had taken which wasn't theirs. To put this into context this was roughly around March time.
There are so many other issues but they are just not interested - I tried to complain about the complete lack of responses from Paul and got absolutely nowhere- once they have your money they couldn't care less - AVOID AVOID AVOID

Update 28/11 - I am still no further along - I contacted Clearview on 17/11 as promoted to by their comment on this review. They responded the same day saying they wanted to help to get a timely completion of everything that is outstanding - no apology though but I thought great at least they responded quickly. I should have known better.
I responded the same day and got nothing back until I sent 3 further chasers for updates on 19th, 21st and 24th Nov. I also got an email from Paul on 24th who blamed Andy the person doing the render saying he had been chasing for weeks. I doubt this is true. No comment on the damage to my fashias that needs fixing. It's now 28/11 and a further week has been lost with no progress. This company are an absolute joke - once they have your money they either couldn't care less or hire people with absolutley no skill to do the job they have been brought in to do.
I would add that on the whole the tradespeople have been good, including Andy it's the organisation staff who are appalling!

Update 12th Dec - even after multiple chasers I am no further along and still have an unfinished extension - this company are a complete joke and have no understanding of what the term customer service means. They constantly ignore emails even the person who in response to this review said he wanted to get everything sorted for me!! Absolute waste of space! At this rate I doubt they will ever bother to finish my extension or fix the damage they have done.
Update 28/01/26!!
Still no further along - I have had no contact since 19th Dec - this is so far from a joke - I really think they expect me to forget about the damage they have left and my unfinished extension. I am so fed up of sending waste of time emails to a company who obviously couldn't care less!

They immediately accepted my report that a window had failed internally, and kept me informed about progress with the replacement.

Clearview quoted a good price and did a great job. The installation was completed on time, and they left our conservatory clean and tidy when finished. Very happy with the service!

Basically our experience of both the original conservatory build and the after service has been faultless. At each stage of the project, whether it was initial contact, design, quotation, installation or aftercare the process was clear, professional and friendly. Communication was spot on and people did what they said they would and we are very happy with the end result

Second time using Clearview. Can't fault the craftsmanship. Quick assembly, no mess, and competitive price. Happy customer indeed. Thank you

Clearview installed a solid roof on my conservatory. The process from start to finish was faultless. The installers, plasterer and electrician cannot be praised enough for the quality of ther work and attention to detail. A big 10 out of 10 to everybody involved at Clearview.

Superp job, excellent fitter who was clean, tidy and very polite. The job was finished on time and the door is high quality.

Excellent product and experienced staff that know their product. When they say they will do something, they do it!

We had a couple of widows that had failed and from the point of contacting Clearview, the customer service from both the office and the fitters that carried out the replacement was excellent.

We used Clearview to replace our windows and soffits, they also built an Orangery. From the minute we walked into the showroom to the installation and building their service has been exemplary. They come when they say, great communication and the product has been outstanding. We are contemplating a house move and we will be choosing Clearview for any home improvements. Colin Rimmer
