What a great experience!!!! CleverFiles took care of this longtime user on the upgrade on my mac! I totally trust their product to the fullest! Now I can recover my files!!!!!! :). 5 STARS!

While on vacation i started having issues with my OSMO Pocket 3. This ended up causing me to lose all of my files. This led me to doing a bunch of research and I ended up emailing disk-drill / clever files about their go pro recovery and if they think it would work for my camera. What they sent me ended up being a new beta they are developing for a wider range of cameras. Using this I was able to recover nearly 90% of my lost data with minimum corruption. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Great Product to Recover CR3 files!
I had wonderful experience to recover 700+ CR3 files from a formatted SD card. This is the first time I was using the Disk Drill. The online support provided very efficient service to help me through all the steps needed all the way through. Strongly recommended this product and company!

Best disk recovery software for MacOS. It always saves me whenever I am in trouble without failure. The customer service is awesome too. They responded quickly and helped my case professionally. Don't waste your money on other solutions. This is just the best.

Disk Drill has saved my behind twice already this year! I'm blown away by how effortless it is. With other recovery software, I would be so nervous about whether or not I'll get my files back, but with Disk Drill, I already know I'll be able to get all my files back, so I don't even break a sweat if I accidentally delete files

What others wanted to charge me $40-70 USD to repair, they did for free. And when my file was above their file size limits, they went above and beyond to help me. Memories that I thought I lost forever were restored. You can't put into words how thankful I am!!

Really helped me with recovering videos. If you cant recover videos at FIRST, reach to the support chat via email, they will help you with some tips and tricks. I recovered some videos for an influencer from my camera sd card. Worth every penny

I had corrupted an MP4 file and saw this site from some redditors, so I decided to try it. Recovered my file but had issues with audio. I went to support and they fixed the audio issues as well. All in all, was a great experience and would definitely recommend others with similar issues to try their service.

Drill disk saved me for sure. My camera card got deleted by accident at a photography workshop recently. My daughter’s PROM pictures were lost until I tried Drill Disk! Recovered everything! The software was extremely easy to use and will keep it handy. Highly recommend this product!

I've used Disk Drill in the past, and when I needed to recover some files deleted by a departing employee, I discovered that I needed to upgrade my software to run on a newer computer. The folks at CleverFiles helped me with the process of verifying my past purchase and gave me a great discount for being a long time customer. I was able to successfully recover the deleted files on a MacBook.

So I did research and came up with this company aka (Disk Drill) I had a SD micro card that was on one of my video cameras and I wanted to get videos from three days earlier and this program didn’t give me one file that wasn’t already on there that I could see before I put SD card and ran Disc Drill. I was extremely excited that just being a couple days with the files being deleted there wouldn’t be a problem, but it didn’t even show me a file that was deleted at all. I watch videos and ran multiple scans contacted them via email and we’ll see if they respond and how they respond how to update this review.

I was trying to recover GoPro SD card footage from a corrupt SD card. I knew a free program likely wouldn't give me great results - you get what you pay for. I purchased Disk Drill Pro and tried to recover my files, but was unsuccessful. I reached out to customer service and they emailed an update that had more specific "advanced camera options" and I followed their directions and was able to recover my footage! Customer service was quick to respond and very helpful. Thank you!

As a YouTube content creator I record footage on several devices and had recently done some on my Meta Quest 3. When I came to view the session on the headset 1 of the files was missing. After plugging into my PC I could see the file but it just wouldn't play.
After a bit of searching online I came across this site which offered free repairs to files and I thought I'd at least try it. Uploaded the file and a sample recording from the same device and luckily it worked!
You can never replicate those first impressions type recordings and it saved me a massive headache!

The only reason for 4 stars is even though my media player would play the full 9+ minutes video, my editing software would only pick up the first few minutes from the file, so I had to screen capture my player in order to get the full version but still saved me from a total loss!
