Never used clipsley 's before, good website to use. I purchased oatmeal shampoo for one of my dogs who has developed a skin allergy and ear drops. Fast delivery and an added touch a hand written note enclosed with a couple of bags of dry food to try.
I would definitely red comment to friends.

Not only was the price competitive, but the delivery was fairly quick too. Best of all was the extra printed advice they enclosed. This was invaluable to a novice like myself. I'd definitley shop here again.

Was called the day after i ordered my product (Ivermectin 1%) to be informed that the product was out of stock and the next delivery to the store would be approx. two days later. Ivermectin arrived at my house two days from order date. Product a bit pricey as with delivery charge came to about £30 (£3.50 delivery cost - bit expensive for the size of the product and I'm based un Uk). Other than that, good service.

I have ordered my older dog's food from Clipsley since I discovered them 8 months ago. My orders have always be processed and delivered very promptly, usually arriving the next working day. The courier service they use text me with an estimated delivery time (a one hour slot, eg 1.10-2.10pm) which is generally accurate. On my invoice is a hand-written personal thank you for ordering with them - whilst there is no need for this it is a personal touch which adds friendliness to an online transaction. My orders have always been spot on. I have no complaints at all and would highly recommend Clipsley to anyone.

Service was very quick and the staff were helpful. The cat scratching post i bought is great, the only downside is in the picture showed a nice bright blue base and when ours came it was a not that nice brown. The cats don't seem to care about the colour though :)

We are thrilled with our bird feeding station. It's giving us great pleasure watching birds of all sorts coming and going. It arrived very quickly, was well packaged and easily assembled. One particular item of bird food we ordered had been out of stock so someone from Clipsley rang to suggest an alternative which I happily accepted.
Such delighted customers are we, that we are going to put in a repeat order as a present for my parents.

i recently ordered a bird bath for the new budgie the shipping was very fast was well impressed the bath is a very good quality product soon as the bird saw it he went mad you cannot keep him out of it
