Mostly buying a specific item that require periodically so place an order every couple of months, very low price & quick delivery - never had any problems!

Ordered my favourite cat shampoo as I couldn't find it locally. Not only was it easy to order, but it arrived promptly and had a personal note written on it to me. I thought that was a lovely touch and have never seen anything similar on an invoice before!

Clipsleys Pet Shop is a cracking little shop, well when I say little......the outside is very decieving but when you go in it goes right back. It has allsorts of stuff, you can spend ages in there, all sorts of pets are catered for, very friendly place. They usually have free samples of different things by checkout, which is handy when you have a fussy lovebird like mine. It's an Aladin's Cave for toys, not bad prices either. Whatever your pet you'll find something here, if like me you can't get there as often as you'd like...... no problem........they deliver too, you've got to give them a try......you'll be back for more.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone. I ordered on line and received my order by courier the next day. They also offered me some samples of food which I received within a couple of days together with a phone call to give me some advice on feeding. Very professional and friendly people. The items I ordered were packed well and my dog is enjoying her treats. Will definitely order from them again.

I have placed three orders with this company and as yet, have never been let down. They phoned me regarding a perch that was out of stock and offered me a larger one for the same price, which I was more than happy to accept. Not many companies would offer that level of customer service.

Ordered a collar from Clipsey which was more or less identical to the one i already have. However on receipt it was obvious that I needed a larger size in the Clipsey one. I contacted Clipsey asking if I could send the new one back to exchange for a larger one. Very quickly I received an email back saying no problem just to post it back and they would send a replacement. The collar was perfect and very high quality. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
