We had a full packing service. I would highly recommend their removal/packing and delivery teams and well as their customer service advisors.

Truly Excellent. Took a lot of the stress straight out of the experience.

Friendly. Admin efficient. Use an enormous amount of paper. not always careful. For example, paintings not well protected and a very important tree sculpture of ours ruined by being wrapped in a blanket to which all the delicate metal leaves stuck in stead of being in a box. It was unique and irreplaceable. We had ordered a special display unit for it which now does not have the centrepiece.

I only moved from upstairs to downstairs but the two guys who did the removal were brilliant I couldn’t have done it without them.

The team from Clockwork were outstanding, from start to finish. From the appraiser to the office to the guys who did the packing service and movers. Nothing was too much trouble, they were incredibly fast and efficient and friendly. Nothing was damaged, I can't fault it. Would recommend Clockwork Edinburgh in a heartbeat.

The move went extremely well. The service offered was reasonably prices and very efficient. The staff who did the work were all courteous and good at their jobs. I would recommend them and would use the company again.

The guys at Edinburgh were great. Moved everything carefully & to my instructions. Nothing broken or damaged, except a branch on a plant, but I did have a lot of plants! Would recommend to anyone in or around Edinburgh.

I used their packing and removal service and it was disappointing from the start.
When they came to pack, they missed a few cupboards and also they left early because they didn't have enough boxes and said that the team who will be there on the moving date will pack the rest of the stuff on the day. When I called the office to check this, they said that shouldn't have happened and so the guys came back to pack the rest of the things.

On the day of the move, there were no checks post the move to see whether everything was okay etc. They had piled boxes in the room on the ground floor and there were things behind them that should have been taken up the stairs which we couldn't see until we started unboxing the piled up boxes.

The worse thing about the whole experience was that there were A LOT of damages to our belongings but they did not mention any of it and we had to find out ourselves when going through the stuff. When the office was contacted about this, they even said that some of the damage must have been already present because they can't remember doing anything to the items (which was 100% not the case due to the nature of the damage and seeing how they transported these items). We even had the actual box for the TV from when it was purchased but they refused to use that and wrapped it in material which lead to the TV stand being broken...

We continue to find things that have been damaged during the move that wasn't easily seen when checking initially (back/ side of furnitures).

I definitely wouldn't recommend using this company if you want your items moved properly.

Fantastic company. We actually had more stuff than we realised but the guys took it all in their stride. Everything that could go in the removal van went in. Guys were so helpful too, informing us if they noticed any damage before moving furniture etc. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to book them for house removals.

We had an overall excellent experience with Clockwork Removals. The guys turned up on time and worked methodically until everything was done. The team in the office also showed flexibility as the situation developed (there were delays to conclusion of missives but I was assured they'd be able to store our things pending legal completion). After all was done they came back to remove packing materials. All in all very positive and would not hesitate to use Clockwork again.

A really good experience from the initial quotation to the final billing.
We had a log distance move from Scotland to England so loading on day one with a team of 4 then unloading on day two with a team of two.
Loading was from a 2nd floor apartment, and quite a bit of our furniture wouldn't fit in the lift, so lots for the team to carry down the stairs.
The unloading was particularly challenging for the team due to dreadful weather, limited access for the vehicle and a particularly narrow front door. but they dealt with it all really professionally.
I would definitely recommend this company.

The guys from Clockwork were totally amazing. Could not have asked for better. The speed and efficiency of moving us was incredible. They were friendly, helpful and very respectful. It was a long day as it took a while to get the keys, but they just waited patiently and didn't complain. Great service from start to finish.

I was in hospital so my daughter handled everything but after 5 weeks I came home and started putting things away,according to my daughter they were excellent but a couple of small items I can’t find.

The removal men were efficient, professional & cheerful. I would recommend your company.

Excellent, flexible, reliable service for a very reasonable price (I needed the packing as well). The office colleagues were extremely helpful - happy to answer all my questions and explain things, very timely and prompt communication. I particularly appreciated a friendly and polite reminder about a deadline for making a payment and securing the required time slot - one of the things that you may easily miss when trying to organise a home move.
The drivers/ porters were punctual, well organised and respectful of the property; really nice, friendly lads too :)
I would recommend the service 100% to any one who needs to move house hassle free.

Removals by clockwork team worked like a dream. Moving all our possessions and safely storing overnight allowing time to get house Spick and span for new occupants.
Also a good night sleep knowing everything was safe till we moved into our new home the next day. All of team were respectful of family, dog and items.
