Moving is always pretty stressful but they were great to deal with throughout the process. No issues at either end, I would definitely use again.

A friendly and efficient bunch of guys making moving painless!

It's an average service - there were problems with the crew and with packing which, to give them their dues, the company did respond to when we complained. The other issue is that you can't book provisional dates. We took out cancellation insurance but our move was changed twice and we got clobbered with a penalty. Given that no one can control entry dates, this wasn't great. Clockwork aren't a cheap service and I think they could show some more flexibility. We are also still waiting for the refund on a damaged item which should have been paid by now.

Excellent service from start to finish. Initial request for an estimate was answered immediately and the estimate provided. For reasons outside our control, the dates for moving out of our old address and into our new address had to be changed twice: Clockwork responded quickly and helpfully to these requests. On the actual moving days (out and in) the teams arrived punctually to the minute, organised themselves quickly and efficiently, worked intently, and were as near invisible and inaudible as could be expected in these circumstances -- always good humoured and courteous. The online processes of managing the moves, invoicing and payment work really efficiently. One small item was broken; I asked for payment for replacement and this was immediately provided without hassle. Phone calls on every occasion have been answered within seconds.

I was really pleased with the service I received, van arrived on time, the 3 members of staff very pleasant and helpful. At my new address furniture was placed where I requested.

I would highly recommend Clockwork removals for anyone wanting a "stress free" removal. From the initial survey through to the actual packing and removal everything was made as simple as possible for me with all charges, timescales etc being clearly explained and laid out.

In particular I received excellent service from Chris and Jordan on the day of the move who went out of their way to make sure everything was done with as little disruption as possible. They were quick and efficient and courteous at all times. They should be recognised for the extremely high level of customer service they delivered.

Very satisfied with the removal of flat contents from Paisley area to Celbridge, Ireland.
Staff were efficient, polite and punctual….only criticism was the lack of clarity regarding when the contents would reach Ireland, was told it would take days with ferry times etc, when in fact items were delivered the next day!…wasn’t a huge problem, luckily there was someone in Ireland to receive them, but could have been very inconvenient.

An absolutely First Class Service from start to finish. From our first meeting with the Sales Advisor who gave great advice on packaging our goods for transport, the easy method of payment via the company’s Accounts Team, right through to the team who collected the goods was problem free for ourselves. Everything was easily done taking the pressure off all the other aspects of moving home.

Clockwork carried out removal of our gear from our house and a store in Glasgow to a store and our new house near Perth exactly as we wished. Would happily use them again.
