Great company.
Packed everything and moved us out very quickly and efficiently.
No stress removal.

We used Clockwork’s removal and storage services whilst getting our house renovated. The service was flawless, quick reasonable quote, always turn up on time and friendly staff. Will definitely be using their services to move back in when our renovation is complete.

This was the second time we have used Clockwork Removals for a house move in the last 5 years and they were just as excellent as last time (South London Team). We made arrangements for them to start packing our address whilst we were away on holiday and they did an excellent job and left exactly what we would need for the last 3 or 4 days before the actual move date. They were punctual throughout the process, very polite in their dealings with us and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable on arrival. Takes a lot of the stress out of what can be quite a difficult process. Happy to recommend.

I found this company to be very professional right from the initial quote through to the end move. I had to change the date of my move a couple of times, but this was never a problem and dealt with by the office staff in a caring way ( especially by Kylie ). On the removal day the team turned up at the time quoted. Nothing was to much trouble they were polite and very helpful. Which made a stressful day so much easier. I would defiantly recommend this company and would use them again.

Professional team!
We had a really good experience with Clockwork Removals Wimbledon, They were really quick to come and give us a quote and were great with all communication. The team who packed up our 4 bedroom house were so professional, efficient and friendly, making what could have been a very stressful day very easy. I would highly recommend their service. Fantastic service from start to finish. Prompt, efficient but very careful with all our things - the speed and care with which everything was packed was impressive. Plus it was in the middle of a heatwave. Really impressed by the service and would highly recommend.

The guys were fab from start to finish during the heatwave. The team arrived promptly, and worked like machines, packing our whole house up in a matter of hours. We were so impressed and the guys were friendly, polite and professional. Nothing was damaged whatsoever and whilst it was pricey, it made the experience hassle free and much less stressful! Clockwork were reliable patient and helpful- they also did the whole thing on a very hot Saturday morning because we couldn't do another day. They weren't cheap but it was worth it.

Absolutely brilliant service, my father who is elderly and unwell used their packing and removal service and from quotation to moving day the team from Clockwork made the whole experience so much less stressful reassuring him they would take care of everything and they did just that. The two young men were polite efficient and very hardworking. They emptied my old home in no time at all and we were on our way. On reaching my new place we had to wait for the keys, this was no problem for them. Due to them I enjoyed moving day,

I booked Clockwork Removals at the last minute due to being let down by another company. They were so incredible in the office and did everything they could to help me. When the men arrived to move me out of my flat, it was far more stress free than I imagined. They were friendly, helpful and loaded the van logically. There was a last minute change to destination and this was also accommodated.
I highly recommend Clockwork Removals and would definitely use them again.

I am not one to make complaints. I just don’t have the time or energy anyway!
BUT, I just have to for this. I am amazed to see good reviews about Clockwork Removals.
I will NEVER use them again.
I accepted their HIGH quote as they promised me my contents would be looked after extremely well and the time schedule was fine.
I have used removals 4 times before and I have NEVER experienced such a shambles. It couldn’t have been more stressful.

The removal men arrived grumpy. Not polite at all.
They were over 2 hrs late on leaving my property in time for the new owners.
They broke numerous things.
Their packing was atrocious. I am still horrified just thinking of it.
They were so dishonest, leaving me to find the breakages and then trying to deny they broke them!
Did not accept any responsibility for their outrageous service.
I am still horrified of what I had to deal with and pay £6k. (Other quotes were £2k cheaper. I now realise I would have got a better service from another company and saved £2000.
This is just the basic complaint I am giving. There is a lot more!
They were a nightmare!

Fantastic service from the beginning. Starting with Guy who did the survey & then the admin support from Holly. The removal team lead by Gary were amazing! They really were great guys & couldn’t do enough to take the moving stress away from me! Would recommend this company to anyone!

It’s taken months to unpack as it was a big move. The move was in January. The removal team were proficient, fast, and used their initiative when it came to dismantling and reassembling two difficult, large wardrobes. Communication was great, too.

Initial communication with the company was very good. I would use this company again.

Clockwork were excellent in our move from SE London to St Albans. Really helpful, no hitches and extremely hardworking and diligent. It made a difficult day so much easier.

The 3D jigsaw puzzle of fitting everything into a storage unit was particularly impressive.
