They sent a phone which in a few days developed condensation in the front and rear camera modules. When explained to them and the phone returned they said the phone wasn’t faulty and thus wouldn’t also return the postage cost.
The phone sold as “good” had clearly been dropped and had pretty significant damage on the outer metal. In fairness, their description page is pretty clear that “good” can actually mean pretty battered.

I ordered my Fairphone 6 on the 30th September, selected DHL+ Insurance shipping. On the 3rd October I recieved my phone. It was securely packed in a phone bubble wrap container. The phone worked as promised and shipping was prompt. I am very satisfied ordering from Clove Technology and I will be a returning customer in the future.

I bought some Fairphone products about a year ago. There were no issues with dispatch and delivery. However, the Fairbuds XL headphones developed a fault about 13 months later. Clove says they are "out of warranty". So far, they are simply ignoring emails about their Consumer Rights Act obligations to sell products that are of satisfactory quality and last a reasonable length of time. For quality headphones, this is two to four years.

Tried to buy a refurbished device through Ebay that it said was in stock. The day after they cancelled the order stating that the reason was because "Issue with buyer's delivery address" this is a lie, there is no issue. It's a correct address and has been for 29 years. I suspect they are had a stock issue and decided to lie about the reason for cancelling. I tried to communicate with them about the cancelation reason via Ebay messenger and they ignored me

Ordered a refurbished Samsung Z Flip 6 which was available at a good price. Received the phone at the stated delivery time and am pleased with its condition, as it is barely distinguishable from new.

Very impressed. Cheapest I could find on the market. Got a pixel 7 after my screen smashed and a repair would have cost more than a new one.
Got 'fair condition' and it came running 100 percent. Slight scratch on screen that I've now forgotten about.

Hopefully won't have to buy from here again soon, but glad I've found this supplier in case I have a repeat mishap.
