I was selling my property using the Clyde property Helensburgh branch. Due to issues relating solely to the buyers, it took 3 attempts for my property sale to finalise. During this extremely stressful time, the staff at Clyde property were so amazing, supportive, professional and extremely helpful, and in my view, sometimes even going above and beyond, to try and resolve any problem that arose during the time I was their client. We booked a 2pm house viewing, we arrived early and waited.The Estate Agent arrived late. There were lots of other viewers waiting as Estate Agent had booked a mass viewing at the same time, just didn't bother telling us. We left as I felt the handling was very unprofessional.

Clyde were great with us from start to finish, and I'm glad we chose them to handle our sale. We had a slight bump in our experience, through no fault of Clyde, but Alison and Seona were so quick to assist, and got us moving along quickly! Would highly recommend.

Clyde provided a first class service when we were selling our parents' property. They were super helpful; from giving practical advice in preparation for getting the house ready for photos through to negotiating an excellent final price. Communication throughout the whole process was brilliant, with the staff team always happy to explain clearly what was happening at the various stages of the sale. We found everybody involved to be extremely friendly and approachable, showing professionalism and efficiency. An excellent service, all at a very reasonable cost. We were very pleased with the entire experience!

Clyde Property Perth have been very easy to communicate with and have had great customer service to accommodate our ideas and needs throughout the process of selling property. When it was needed to change items in the property advert,they made sure all parties were happy with the article before advertising.

All round positive experience to be honest. Communication was good, especially with Holly and Ross and at this moment I do not have any complaints at all.

My experience as a tenant with Clyde Property was awful. It was extremely difficult to get anything fixed. Then when I left the property they tried to take a huge amount from my deposit despite spending hours cleaning the property (which was considered as a case of betterment). Unfortunately, many landlords letting agents try to do this. They also told me incorrect information regarding my deposit. Luckily, I didn't listen to them and went into a deposit dispute. My advice for tenants is to take lots of photos upon moving in and leaving your property.

Sophie and the rest of the team did a great job with my recent home purchase. A key requirement for me was the ability to communicate by email, as I find phone calls challenging. Thankfully, we were able to complete everything via email. Sophie was very responsive and provided helpful answers to my questions.
