Coloplast Charter is the company that ALL other companies... universally... need to emulate.
I was having issues with the delivery company and wrote to them and Coloplast to make sure the deliveries were 'handed' to me at the front door.
Three months on the trot, my delivery was simply left on the doorstep and could've been removed/stolen.
To those who use Coloplast, they will agree that monthly deliveries are essential to enable us to live productive lives. Losing the items would cause huge disruption and annoyance at the very least.
However, when the delivery company FAILED to ensure hand to hand delivery Coloplast made contact and gave instructions that ALL deliveries to my address were to be handed to their client.
My last order was handed to me by the delivery driver who apologised for the previous driver(s) and ensured me that he was the regular driver for the area and would hand the box to me EVERY time.
I cannot recommend the service from Coloplast enough. They are the only company I have had dealings with in almost all of my life, that gives exceptional customer service.
I could say, "keep it up." but that would be a waste of time because I KNOW they will.

I contacted Coloplast first thing in a high state of stress and panic!
The catheters I have been using for a while is now unable to enter the bladder.
I had a few left of the original catheters which can still enter the bladder and I asked for a supply of those.
The lady I talked to could not have been more helpful and understanding.
She assured me it would be treated as a priority.
I cannot convey how reassuring she was and as good as her word.
I have never come across such a helpful company...from all members of staff.
If you need their services you will "NOT" be disappointed.

This people in this company are always there at the end of the phone if you have a concern about anything. Their support was vital to me in the early days of having a stoma. They are friendly and so helpful. Their ordering system is very easy and they even send a text now to say the next order is due and if it’s the same as the last one you can reply yes and they take care of it. Although they suggest 2 weeks notice for delivery that time span is down to the GP surgeries. I am now getting my orders within4 days which saves any stressing. I can’t thank Coloplast enough for such a reliable service and would recommend them 💯

I think they are wonderful! I have had a colostomy 18 months ago and an ileostomy last December. I am nearly 90 and it is very difficult, but these guys have been unfailingly supportive, helpful and understanding and so efficient and so prompt. I can’t praise them too highly.

My husband has a sinus draining infection from his left hip and your Biatain super are the only dressing that doesn’t irritate his skin. We have been getting them via our pharmacy but they have been having issues getting supplies. Almost in desperation I called you directly this morning. I spoke to Jenny and she was wonderful and has sorted out my problem and we will be getting the dressings directly from yourselves from now on. As someone who has worked in phone based customer service for many years I have to commend her skill and attitude towards me. Please pass on my thanks again

Coloplast is an excellent and efficient company, very friendly, too, and considerate. I have recently been helped enormously over an order by a lady called Samantha (surname unknown) and cannot commend her too highly.

Everyone I have dealt with at Coloplast have been so helpful and friendly. I have to say they give first rate customer service. Samantha yet again sorted my small issue with the minimum of fuss and so quickly.

I have been using coloplast for quite a few years now & have always found them to be really friendly & helpful, along with being knowledgeable & understanding. Anything I request is always dealt with promptly. Like today, I realised that my address hadn't been changed & Samantha dealt with it instantly & updated the company that delivers my items to me. If there are any new products that they think I might benefit from then they get in touch & discuss it. I've always found them to be extremely approachable & empathetic.

Coloplst products have changed my life the appliances I used before were so unreliable and could be so so embarrassing if they failed as you can imagine, I wish I had found them years ago. Plus their staff are so friendly and their delivery service is second to none I've used them for over 10 years. Superb

I contacted Coloplast Charter by phone to arrange an order for my 92-year-old father to speak with Abbie. She was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding throughout the entire process.

Abbie took the time to guide me in selecting the most suitable product for my father’s needs, handled the order efficiently, and even contacted his GP practice to arrange the prescription for the initial supply. Her professionalism and compassion made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to manage.

She is a credit to the company.

Having a stoma can be stressful at times so to have a supplier that one can rely on to be efficient, helpful and quick is worth it's weight in gold.

Each time I place an order I am so impressed as to how quickly my supplies are delivered. Take my latest order for example, I ordered my supplies online on 23 April 2026 and by 10:30 the next day they had been delivered. Obviously this also requires the speedy approval of the prescription at my GP Practice but for you to get my supplies to me so quickly is simply outstanding.

Throughout the ordering process I am kept up to date with the progress of my order and with the help of the DPD app I know exactly when it will be delivered.

This wonderful company actually cares about their clients as evidenced by the newsletters you produce and by the helpful emails and publications you issue. You have even telephoned me on occasion to check that everything is OK.

I am 68 years old and in that time I truly don't think I've ever encountered a company with better customer service.

I would like to take the opportunity of thanking you for such an amazing service- it’s so reassuring to have such a fast and efficient ordering and delivery process for Dad, who has Alzheimer’s, that I can easily manage for him. Communication is excellent too, throughout. Thank you!

Would not trust any other company. I changed GP and there was a delay in getting my prescription confirmed - just a quick chat with lovely Abbie at Coloplast and she'd fast-tracked my order so that I wouldn't run out of supplies. Super helpful and reassuring!

The service was quick and very efficient and they solved a huge problem that we had as our local pharmacy was unable to access the required items. All members of the staff team were very polite, helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone as they are excellent.

Used the chat bot today to order some complimentary items and they were amazing. My son uses their gloves, Bed mats however I usually do with an order but have forgot to order so messaged requesting these complimentary items alone. They were helpful and even recommended some complimentary hand sanitiser. All of this without placing his main order, which I prefer to do online as then I can tally what we actually need

I have been using ostomy care for many years now, and I have to say Charter are definitely by far the best. The online chat is so quick, friendly and the staff are very knowledgeable and always helpful, they will always go above and beyond to find a solution to any problems that I may experience. They recently sent some samples of products I wasn't aware of, and they completely changed my life, so were added to my prescription, nothing is too much trouble. I can't rate their service high enough. A great working team.

I have found over the last 5 years that this company is extremely reliable and very customer focused.
