not wow !! …
after seeing all post on various social media platforms i thought i would give it a go however i must say i was very disappointed my hair after washing and using the products to blow dry my hair felt very heavy and flat i feel i have wasted a lot of money for a product i thought would give my hair bounce and shine …
Left me with dry hair
I usually have lovely soft, silky hair. Switched to ColourWow after seeing the hype/ads. My hair started to get drier and drier until it didn’t even look nice after a blow dry. I’ve now thrown the products out and replaced with another brand that is actually putting the moisture back into my hair. Wouldn’t touch these products again, I’ve never had dry hair until using these.

Took me an hour and did absolutely nothing to my hair
Terrible customer service
Evri did not deliver my products told the box was too badly damaged and connect with sender. That’s where it all went wrong - two weeks later, three emails, 5 messages left on call line - no refund and no products. Really poor customer service and I am currently out of pocket with no products - be very careful using this website as if it goes wrong you will be left hanging!
My first ever order of the products and…
My first ever order of the products and they have made my hair/extensions feel brand new and brought the brassiness right out! Highly recommend!!! So pleased! Will definitely be ordering again
I have spent a lot of money on various…
I have spent a lot of money on various Wow products, all of which have been a complete waste of money and a load of old rubbish, particularly the Wow Speed Dry which left my hair dry, completely unmanageable and looking like Worzel Gummidge!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS RUBBISH! DREADFUL PRODUCTS!
DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY
Bought WOW carb infused leave in thickening treatment. Left my hair limp and frizzy. No added volume at all. Tried the Coconut infused leave in smoothing Treatment again not only no result another bad result my normally healthy shiny hair like dry straw. A load of cheap crappy products. The ads are obviously filtered or doctored. Complete waste of money and they’re that cheap they actually ruin your hair.
Very poor outcome
I have natural white hair. I get occasional yellow streaks from pollution in the air. I bought Wow Dream Filter! It made no difference to the yellow and left my usually glossy hair dull and lifeless. I’ve tried it twice with same results. I was using L’Oréal Touch of Pearl about one a month which was fantastic but they have discontinued it. £7.99 as opposed to £40!
It’s going to take sometime to recover!
I’m not even bothering to return as I have seen the return reviews.
It’s not worth the money
It’s not worth the money. Does not what is promised. No volume - just flat hair!
Ordered the color security shampoo and…
Ordered the color security shampoo and leave in conditioner spent nearly £40 absolutely rubbish makes my hair frizzy and dry ,
Colorwow dream filther
Ordered Colorwow dream filter as my grey is getting yellow strikes, I have know used it twice and it has not done a thing, It is a lot of money for it to do nothing, will not be purchasing any more of there products. Very disappointed.
Watered down shampoo makes hair dry
The shampoo is so watered down and makes my hair brittle and parched. I just don’t get how I got sucked into the marketing hype. Just dumb and naive. Never again.
I bought the Dream coat humidity spray
I bought the Dream coat humidity spray. I have returned from my holiday in Thailand where I had the worst hair. I blow dried and straightened my hair within 5 minutes of being outside my hair was full of frizz.
This does not do what it says it does. False lse advertisements.
colour wow order not delivered by Evri
My colour wow order wasn’t delivered. Emailed customer services over a week ago to let them know that Evri hadn’t safely delivered to my address…still not had a response from them. They clearly don’t care. Definitely can’t recommend as haven’t received!!
WOW Mist & Money
WOW Mist & Money - over priced, does nothing. The Mist is like water.
Order not delivered and now I’m being made to wait another 30 days while Colour Wow have my money
My order was dumped outside by Evri and disappeared. Colour Wow have now said I need to wait 30 days for them to open a case with Evri. They are responsible for the parcel being delivered to be properly but not I’m being inconvenienced by them instead. This is really poor customer service. They should honour my order and sort the delivery issues out at their end.
This is all new to me
I am new to doing anything with my greying black curly hair. I discovered “ low lites” at 68 yrs old. I grey around my face….. inbetween trim and low lites I discovered a “touch up “ option. Tried WOW and it’s perfect for my minimal needs. Easy, takes a second and it’s just all I need.
I ve purchased 2 x products and both…
I ve purchased 2 x products and both are rubbish. The root touch up.. this is nothing like the adverts and it did nothing for my hair I have blonde hair and was like putting eye shadow on my roots rubbish! Then purchased the mouse that’s meant to give you all this volume… have had more volume from a nights sleep. Won’t use again.. rubbish avoid!
Disappointing and Overpriced.
Disappointing and Overpriced.
I got sucked in by all the facebook Ads, but honestly, it’s a total letdown. The products feel cheap, nothing special at all, and definitely not worth the ridiculous price tag. The packaging looks fancy, but the actual formulas? Meh. Didn’t do anything magical for my hair—if anything. The style on steroids is essentially a terrible hairspray that not only failed to hold my style, but made it sticky.
Also, their marketing is SO misleading. They make it seem like their products will transform your hair into some kind of silky dream, but in reality, it’s just overpriced, overhyped rubbish. Save your money and buy something that actually works.
Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. 1/5.
color wow shampoo avoid
color wow shampoo ; hair shedding like crazy and it was the only new thing i introduced. stopped using it and hair stopped falling out. what on earth is in their products?
