I bought the "Cleanse & Quench Wash Day Duo for Curly Hair" shampoo and conditioner and used them for over a month. I can categorically say they are awful products and caused significant hair loss, dullness and damage to my hair. Please don't buy these products. I've switched back to using pureology and my hair feels completely different after just one wash. I hope it hasn't done any long term damage to my hair.

I received my package with the products that they said I needed for my type of hair after they send you through the questionnaire so I thought I should give it a try but when I received my product it was damaged one of the conditioners was busted open and all over the box and the other products after trying many times to reach out to you i haven’t been able to speak to anyone apparently you have no good customer service skills totally ignoring customers like me you better believe I will not buy your product again

I believe that colour wow is actually creating more hairloss. So much falls out when using its very worrying! I have spent £80 plus on these products and it has damaged my hair, shampoo, conditioner the serum that you put on your roots and the volume song spray! I don’t know why it’s doing this but I would not recommend any of it, be careful.

Ordered an item, Evri have messed up and never delivered the item and have sent the item back to Color Wow and now Color wow and Evri are both not helping and responding to voicemails or emails. Clearly states on Color Wows website to email or call, emails are not responded to and the answer phone message has been on all day saying that they are not taking calls. Very disappointing and poor service from both

I’ve been emailing them for over a month several times about an issue with my order and not had a single reply.

I have very fine, very straight hair. I have tried all types of products to add volume. Some expensive, some less so. I'm a boomer so I have many years of "experience" when it comes to my own hair. The Wow Xtra Large Bombshell Volumiser was a very BIG disappointment. I bought the 50ml to give it a try. The bottle says apply 2/3 pumps of product, even on my hair that was never going to be enough as the amount dispensed is so small. I achieved no extra fullness and my hair would not grip the brush or tongs. I've returned back to tigi Bed Head Queen for a Day thickening spray which I find, gives much better results. Cross with myself for believing the hype.

Wow indeed- poor customer service, had a massive allergic reaction to the product was advise to seek medical advice- spent £80 on products from a store and told that they wouldn’t do anything to support a refund after one use because I didn’t buy direct- why sell to stockists and not honour your product or customers if they have a genuine issue. Looking at other reviews I’m one of many to have had this issue, do not try and spend all this money as it’s not worth it

Awful product.Been using this since Christmas.I’ve no colour or bleach on my hair and was in very good condition.This leaves my hair with a greasy oily film on it no matter how often you shampoo it also makes your hair break.stopped using dreamcoat now praying it’s not left lasting damage

Iv washed my hair in the shampoo and conditioner 3 times now , it feels wonderful the first day but next day very flat and greasy feeling , after 2 weeks now my thick dry hair feels way too soft and very thin , my daughter commented how thin it looked so I’m going back to my previous products which is anything Fri dry hair from my local hairdressing warehouse as I’m a hairdresser of 30 yrs so disappointed, altho I love the style in steroids hairspray

I can only speak from my own experience. Not only is this a great product, their customer service dealt quickly with a mix up over my order.
Will definitely use again.

Well its still on going expected a delivery 28hrs ago and paid for next day delivery which has been refunded but i still have no product! so watch this space as going away tomorrow with seems no product as did not offer to sent me one for delivery tomorrow Friday the 17 jan maybewas asking to much WELL FOLKS GREAT NEWS A FULL REFUND

I ordered product from WOW on December 11. Being around the holidays, I felt that the order would most likely take longer than normal. But I still did not receive it as of January 7. I have contacted customer service now a total of 3 times. The agent actually put the blame on me for not calling them sooner about the issue. She told me she would expedite the order. Still I have no product and still UPS says they have not received the package. Terrible customer service. I shouldn’t have to contact them a total of three times and still have no answers or product. This is very unfortunate since their hair product is exceptional but the customer service is terrible and therefor does not make the product worth buying.

Colour wow shampoo and conditioner. Tried these products made my hair flat dull and lifeless. Products were in a beauty advent calendar I received as a gift. I certainly wouldn’t buy these products myself. If I was going out after washing my hair with above products, I would have to start again with my usual branded shampoo and conditioner. The colour security conditioner states that it leaves your hair silky and full bodied - this is certainly not the case. It’s not great to write a negative review but this is my honest opinion.

I purchased carb cocktail. I have used it a few times to give it a chance.
It’s rubbish, it leaves the hair feeling brittle and full of static.
I am now experiencing breakage!
Their marketing campaigns are miss leading,the results are not just from blowing drying,they are from styling with rollers too.
I’m ashamed I got sucked into this hype to be honest😔
VERY over priced further ,I believe there is something in their stuff causing breakage (as I’ve read others who have experienced the same )
There is much better out there at a FAR more reasonable price.
I think some reviews left on fb and instagram are fake … are they paying people to write this stuff?
Avoid ‼️at all costs unless you want to be ripped off and have your hair snapping!

I bought a mousse-like product after seeing a post on Color Wow’s Instagram. It works reasonably well and I had a positive view of the company. Then I realised that the model in the before/after on Instagram had had her hair put in massive rollers (I saw this on the model’s own Instagram). I left a comment asking whether rollers were necessary to achieve the look, which was deleted. I tried again - deleted again, and again. It’s disingenuous at best and dishonest at worst…and just really bad social media policy to rile your customers instead of engaging. So now I have a poor perception of the company and won’t be buying their products again.

I bought Color Wow products after my hairdresser used them on my hair, and i was immediately impressed.
So I have been using their shampoo, conditioner, dream coat for over 6 months now and LOVE IT!
It made my seriously thinning post menopausal hair (im 58 on 31st December) feel wonderful again!
I even go 3-4 days without washing, which is something I never could do before with supermarket bought products.
Obviously, different products work differently on different people, but I have to admit, I LOVE the Color wow products I use and won't be using anything else going forward!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This product is rubbish and doesn't do what it claims, a waste of money

Paid £100 for three products absolutely rubbish, the spray bottle doesn’t work and the coating comes off on your hands! Waste of money absolutely rubbish no different to cheap supermarket shampoo conditioner
