Price for supply and fit of our LVT was very competitive. Fit was delayed by surveyor which caused slight problems but when fitters arrived they were excellent and very pleased with end result.

Received help, guidance and clear information regarding the whole process. The fitter arrived when expected and the carpet was fitted to an excellent standard. We have used Colourbank for carpets and beds before, and have never had any issues. I would highly recommend them, in fact, I already have to friends and family.

After being let down for getting my bathroom flooring completed before Xmas, I made a trip to colourbank, cavendish road, Leicester.
The customer service I received was exemplary.
Armed with my measurements, I chose the flooring I wanted (plenty to choose from) which was luckily in stock. The price was quoted which was reasonable and then the member of staff was straight on the phone to try and find a fitter. The good news was that it could be fitted two days later. I was in and out of the store within half an hour. Great experience.
The two young men who came to fit the flooring were polite and just got straight on with it. I left them to it but they asked me to check everything over before they left. The end result was excellent.
Although this was a small job, it was completed with ease and I will definitely use Colourbank again in the future.

From the shop to the guys delivering my bed bace .very welcoming and pleasant polite and helpful the young man who delivered my bed help me get the old one down and put the new one up to the bedroom as I have a bad knee.& the gentleman at the shop was very nice and informative what I needed.
