Once ordered a swift service and mattress arrived promptly. Within 8 days of payment . Van delivery drivers excellent too. Good communication by Colourbrand and the Transport Team.

Excellent product. However, I had to order the mattress via email. There was not access to a website where I could browse the range/prices.

The mattress reeked of the heavy duty plastic for days. I’ve had the window open every day it’s not raining, but all I can smell is plastic. I therefore have not used it.

Ordered a bed on a Friday then on Friday night had a offer in paper but told couldn't have it as didn't know anything about it

We were really pleased with every aspect of purchasing carpets in Leicester, from the friendly, knowledgeable service in store, to the fitting, again friendly guys and did a great job. We had to change our fitting date, but it was no problem, all rearranged so everything went smoothly.The carpet quality is great, as was the price; I can highly recommend.
