Item received in good time, however, one very small net bag could have easily fitted into an envelope or small jiffy bag, it certainly didn't need to be packed into a box.

Best price I could find and outstanding customer service
Ordered a fish tank from Complete Aquatics as they were cheaper than anywhere else I could find. Delivery was on the exact day I needed it, which was really helpful.
There was a small bit of damage when it arrived, but after contacting them they had it sorted within a day with no hassle at all. Customer service was excellent and communication was great throughout.
Would definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for aquarium equipment
