After lots of comparing and research I bought my aquarium from here and from start to finish really good (from ordering on the site/promo code being applied manually by a human AFTER I had already placed my order/communication/speed of dispatch and delivery and the unboxing of my lovely new tank.
I would not hesitate to order from here again.

What my research has found.
After researching all of the UK aquatic suppliers in minute detail, I decided that Complete Aquatics were going to be my supplier of choice
How glad I am that I made that choice. From an intuitive clear website at competitive prices through to fast delivery. Even the kerbside delivery was really professional and efficient too.
The real icing on the cake though, is that they are very good people to deal with. Prompt responses to all correspondence and a genuine offer of ongoing support whilst I set up my new aquascaping adventure.
I have no hesitation in recommending the Team at Complete Aquatics. Try them first.

Showed me a picture of a box of 60 test strips so this is what I was expecting and only got sent a 10 pack of testes verry fisapointnet and defonelt wouldn't have payed £18 !! For 10 simple we cheap teat strips when it clearly had a picture of the 60 box verry verry disappointed !!!! Edit it looks like it's not the company's fault but blagdons horrible marketing eny 1 ordered this REMBER you only get 10 test strips wich is a rip off

we understand how the box could be misleading, however the test kit provided does include 60 tests, 10x Ammonia Strips and 10x Strips that include 5 individual Test, totaling 60 tests

When I didn’t receive my parcel the assigned day I wasn’t fully satisfied, however after messaging about this issue I wasn’t informed it was broken during delivery. It was quickly solved and I received parcel in a few days. Great company and no problems with ordered items so far!
