I would highly recommend to anyone who has received an unfair parking charge to use Contestor Legal Services. They helped me win an unfair parking charge of £170 from a company called Excel Parking. The process was so smooth they send any documents that I need to sign via email and explain everything to you so clearly. My case went to the County Court and I am so grateful to Jackson Yamba for attending court with me. He was so positive and reassured me of any worries I had. He did an exceptional job at winning the case for me! I am so glad I chose this company to take on my case and I would do so again in the future. I cannot thank this company enough for easing the stress I had with this parking charge! Thank you.

If It had not been for these professional people at Contestor Legal Services. I don't know what I would have done apart from ending up in Court for a car parking charge. They were able to support and reassure me all way through the process which started 3 years ago. They picked up my case just over 1 year ago. They were able to see the errors on their witness statement. Contended the facts on the parking area. Even found that they did no own or rent the park park at MacDonald's (this has lapsed in Oct 2019 after only renting for 1 year. These parking companies do not nothing but scare intimidate you. Leaving me hanging on until 4 weeks before the Court date to only cancel the car parking fine.

I found both Charlotte and Jackson very reassuring and confident. Jackson dealt with my unfair parking fine through the tribunal on the phone and I didn't even have to take part. The charge was thrown out in a couple of minutes. Minor problems with some communications which is why I have not rated as 5 star but having said that I am sure Jackson is incredibly busy with court cases.They know their stuff and I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Safae dealt with my parking charge and explained the process to me at each step. I was not the driver of the car and was contesting this. Finally a court date was given to me and Contestor Legal said they would represent me even if I could not make it. Then DCB offered a lower penalty which was ignored, a week or so later I received a letter from DCB’s solicitors saying their client had instructed them to discontinue with the claim.

Contestor Legal have been great and I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with them.

Was recommended this company however only received my claim form with a day remaining to respond.
Tried calling and emailing Contestor Legal Service multiple times for assistance but the person over email didn't respond in time, and the person over the phone was unable to answer any of my questions.

Contestor Legal provide a great service. Jackson gave me the details of what was required and then contested and won an injust parking on my behalf. I will not hesitate to use them again as and when required

Contestor have been great with me throughout defending myself against a parking charge. They make it very simple for you, they send you completed documents to sign (digitally) - you really have very little to do once they're involved.
Only reason it's not 5 stars is communication was a little bit poor at a couple of points. However I would absolutely use them again and I would recommend them wholeheartedly .

Kaveena represented me In court, she took control, all I had to do was confirm my name. Kaveena was amazing, professional and polite. She put the evidence over and the case was thrown out. I highly recommend this amazing company and I will not hesitate in contacting them again if needed.

shutout to Jackson and his team, they took on my case and made me a defense which held up in court and won my case. This company knows the in and outs of any parking company mistakes and the law around them. I would highly recommend if you are facing down a court case and you are overwhelmed with what to do.

I was getting court hearing after court hearing following some missed parking invoices from a corrupt parking company (as they all are!)

Contacted Contestor Legal Services who were swift to take my cases on, filing excellent defences and my first two cases have been dismissed by the judge. The 2nd was just today and we won.

Awaiting the hearing for my 3rd (and hopefully final) case this year, but I’m confident Contestor will help me to win this one too.

I would much rather pay for Contestor’s expert service, than pay to greedy, self-serving private parking companies who leech off hard-working people just trying to live.

Jackson is amazing and puts your mind at ease straightaway with his professionalism, knowledge, skill, and frankly, by helping you to win your case! I recently received the letter with the court date for my parking ticket (which is about 3 years old, meaning 3 years of thinking about this), and then today, weeks before the court date was scheduled, received a follow-up letter explaining that my ticket has now been canceled and my file is therefore closed. A win against NCP! After my appeal was lost against NCP and passed onto a collection agency my son recommended I contact Contestor Legal. Jackson Yamba took up my case and was absolutely spot on with all the points he raised in County Court resulting in a win for me a I suspect a fairly costly loss for NCP. Unfortunately the Judge did not allow my claim for costs except a half day loss of earnings. But even so I was still less out of pocket than I would have been if facing paying the BW Legal claim.
