I have used Stone for many years now and they have been one of the best companies I've worked with. No request is too small and the support from the team during Covid-19 lock downs was brilliant, ensuring delivery of laptops and essential IT.

Brilliant company, was awarded for a tablet for our Daughter through Family Fund. Was offered a range of different models and chose her an iPad. We have had zero issues and it arrived quickly and before the expected date!
Thank you so much!

Been using these guys for years. They're very competitive and I've always had great service from Joe and Jamie. Any issues I've had have been sorted out quickly. Their on-site repair guys are great.

I wish I'd checked the reviews before buying a gaming PC from them through the family fund. The PC was faulty from the start and could not handle being used for gaming despite it being the highest spec they had (i7 with GTX 2080) and an additional £1112 on top of the family fund grant. Whether it was overclocked or just badly put together they clearly don't know what they're doing with their so called "gaming pcs".
Why on Earth the family fund use this company beggars belief, not just the fact that the machines are faulty but the customer service is atrocious. The first time they took it off to be "repaired" they sent it back stating they had replaced a component (not one we were having issues with) and that the faults we reported were no longer there. Of course they were and after enduring rudeness and gaslighting when trying to communicate with them they sent it off for repair again, finally "found" the fault and offered a refund.
Never have I come across a PC company who have actually tried to attribute poor performance to "the wrong mouse" being used but here they are.
I got my son an MSI laptop with similar specs for the same price and my son hasn't been happier.
The only reason I wanted one from the family fund was for the 3 year warranty but a 3 year warranty is useless when the machine is faulty to begin with and just causes families with children with additional needs unnecessary stress and hassle.
Better off taking the risk and just buying a decent brand for the same price knowing the machine itself will work.

Absolutely disgusting. Spend £600 pounds for a terrible laptop that is forever breaking. It is incredibly slow and my school just decides to stick with them, its a scam
Absolutely disgusted.
I spent £400 to upgrade from basic to ryzen 3.
It is useless. How can these people rip off disabled children?
I have an engineer here now whom has previously dealt with this company and had the same issues resulting in a violent meltdown from the child in question
My child broke his heart on Xmas day having a present that didn't work.
Do not buy from these people.

5 weeks to get a Ryzen 3 PC from them, Family Fund of £500 plus had to pay a further £376, told they were waiting on a part for the PC, I should have looked around first, as same spec PC was £480, it's a shame this company is scamming disabled Kids, when the PC finally arrived, it was in a plain cheap Cardboard box packed with paper, considering they charge near twice the actual price of the PC a more substantial mean of packaging, NOT sure why the Family Fund use them, reviews all seem terrible, extremely poor customer service, and weeks and weeks to build a PC, but when they take your Cash, you are told 2 weeks delivery times...
DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Have had multiple bad experiences with this company. I'll list some examples and you can draw your own conclusions.
- Ordered a battery, they shipped a motherboard (don't know how that can happen)
- Ordered laptop RAM, they sent desktop RAM
- Sent a laptop to them for RTB, they replaced the motherboard with a lower spec one without telling us. Spent the next 2 weeks swapping it back to the proper sort and then needing to also switch another board too (as the lower spec MB is incompatible with another board)
- Have had many experiences where they blame us for inducing damage on components that are legitimate warranty failures if they have marks of any sort, thus rejecting them.
- Once sent a device to them that they requested for investigating an issue with the design (we had had lots of warranty failures with a particular component). We had to wait about 3 months for the device to get back to us and they never really said what they concluded from the investigation.
All in all a rather painful experience. Whenever I see a warranty failure on a client's laptop with even the slightest mark a cringe at how painful the warranty claim process will be.
The few upsides are the customer service is friendly and warranty swaps are usually quick (1-2 days from when you raise the claim; if its approved)
They seem to be trying to improve on their shipping mess-ups too.
The real problem here is they come across as being reluctant to approve any warranty swap if there is even the slightest reason not to (such as a mark or supporting clip that's been slightly bent, even if that obviously wouldn't have had anything to do with the warranty failure).
