Shane and the team were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They got through everything within the time they agreed, and gave insight into how our system was operating.

Cool 365 were very quick to respond to my initial inquiry and I was able to speak with the engineer before he arrived to speed up the process on arrival. The engineer, Shane, was great. Despite not being able to resolve the issue in the first visit (through not fault of his own), he was clearly knowledgable and offered several options to resolve the issue with my air conditioning problem.
