We were looking for a recently discontinued kitchen island that friends had seen in the Canterbury store but we are in Norfolk. The assistant at the Norwich store (sorry but I can’t remember her name) went above and beyond to locate one at the Telford outlet store. Jess at the Telford outlet store was incredibly helpful in reserving one for us to collect. We could not have asked for a better service. Just looking forward to the coffee table arriving next week.

Shopped in an outlet and store I’ve used several times over many years. Always good to see reduced items listing faults plus a showroom of products. Customer service checked stock and fetched goods from store and stockroom for me. Very polite and helpful staff.
