Shopped in an outlet and store I’ve used several times over many years. Always good to see reduced items listing faults plus a showroom of products. Customer service checked stock and fetched goods from store and stockroom for me. Very polite and helpful staff.

The staff are very professional, knowledgeable about the products & a credit to the company.

We were unsure what different chest of drawers were available in the colour we had picked. The gentleman who offered to help us was kind, knowledgeable and clearly knew the ranges extremely well.

Expert guidance from staff at the showroom is always a guarantee and should not be underestimated. It is useful to view items online as a guide but nothing beats being able to ask face to face questions to help make informed choices.

We called in the Norwich Store on the 12th May to look at sofas the lady who served us was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble. We then went back on Saturday 16th May to order the sofas and again the both staff were again very helpful (sorry can’t remember their names) I would thoroughly recommend this store for quality of products and extremely good customer service.

My experience with The Cotswold Company itself has been nothing short of excellent — truly 5‑star service from their team. Unfortunately, the overall experience is brought down by their choice of delivery partner.
I want to specifically recognise Lewis Fraser, Mandy, Ellen Bartlett, the wider logistics team, Catherine (store manager), and Jean, who first assisted us. Every one of them was outstanding from beginning to end.
Lewis, in particular, was exemplary — his communication was exactly what customer service should look like. When my item was lost, he handled the situation proactively, kept me regularly updated, and showed genuine understanding and care. It made a stressful situation far easier to deal with. I genuinely can’t speak highly enough of this team — they are a credit to your company.
However, the delivery experience itself was the complete opposite. The subcontracted delivery service fell far below acceptable standards and does not reflect the quality, professionalism, or values that The Cotswold Company clearly strives to uphold. It was disorganised, unprofessional, and unnecessarily stressful.
It’s a real shame, because the excellence of your internal team deserves to be matched at every stage of the customer journey. I would strongly urge you to review your partnership with BJS Delivery, as their service undermines the otherwise outstanding reputation you’ve built.
In summary: a fantastic company with brilliant people — just let down by a delivery experience that needs serious improvement.

Kept me informed of delivery times were very considerate when I asked for the sofas to be put in appropriate areas.Names of the men wereAsher and Rich. And would definitely use again.

Our delivery team Ryan & Bernard were absolutely lovely guys. Very efficient, super friendly, polite and respectful. They unpacked, handled everything and carefully dealt with all the packaging and removed every last piece and took it away with them.
Even when holding a heavy piece of furniture they asked if shoes should be removed before entering the house.
Our item was damaged which was no reflection on them, they were attentive and super helpful. Lovely professional service, thanks guys.

Good communication and easy to deal with. It was easy to get in touch about the order and staff were very helpful. Furniture delivered on schedule. Finally, Matthew and Courtney were polite and careful when bringing the furniture into the bedroom.

We just had Sam & Igors deliver our bookcase. Super friendly and very careful and considerate. They offered to unpack and put the bookcase just where we wanted it. Top job lads! Thank you
